St Paul's Convent (Primary Section) in 2008/2009!

Hi, all

Anyone knows what to do regarding the visit at the HK disneyland website? The website from the teacher is the main page but no guideline from the handbook regarding what should be do?  I guess the teacher should tell the students verbally as one of the classmate knows what to do but my daughter doesn't know.  The deadline is 28th Oct...... Can anyone tell the details??

My Daughter told me that teachers have made revisions and brief them some details and I just want to inform if they will inform parents with those details or only with students like which subject will be on 17 Nov and How many paper....... Little bit worry!!!  God Bless!

My daughter told me that her GS teacher has already told her to do revision at home.

I am a bit concern about Chinese.  We are on Chapter 26 now.  It seems a lot.  Are we supposed to know the chapters that the teacher didn't teach?

Might be try to revise the deck of Chinese word cards that the school has despatched to the student for a while. I think it is important to recognize the words and understand how to use.

We feel better today because English and Chinese test are over.  Only 2 more days to go.

Any comments about the test?  Did your kids find difficult, soso or easy??  Can we share!!

My daughter said there is a part in the Chinese test is to fill in the blank (without any vocab provided).  She said she can't get it all right.

Yes I Understand too!! Let's see and wait for the result and try Hard for exam or 2nd term.

The test will be finished today, so we can have time to relax.

Does anyone know when we will get back the test paper?

I think the most concern regarding the test is "careless"............ they are get low marks even the test is very simple if they are careless!!!  God bless all!!!

Yes because the question is not that straight forward.  Kids may have problem if they are not reading and understanding the question carefully.

Anyway Relaxing....... then we have our exam in Jan.  

I do want to know when we can have the test paper back?  Actually My daughter is weak in Chinese and she really has some improvements from her assessment paper.  Thanks for the Teacher.... God Bless!!

Yes, Chinese is demanding.  It takes my daughter a long time to catch up with all the new vocabs.  The first term only counts 30% (am I right?) We have time to catch up no matter what.

Yes, Chinese is the weakest for my daughter too.  The test paper is a bit harder than I expected.  Anyway, like what christineyan said, I need to pay more attention on that too.
