Considering the current economic situation in Hong Kong, HK$20.- should be a reasonable price which is affordable by most people!!

Before passing the minimum wage legislation, there are still people earning less than HK$20.- per hour.

If you look at the Asian weather forecast (satellite map), it may not necessarily to be rainy on Saturday.
It could be just cloudy.

No one can tell exactly now.
