Helen,

1) Succeeded since 2.5 years but sometimes she will
    get wet.
2) She can adapt.
3) No.

I don’t mind using public toilets but some of my friends really dislike to use unless they cannot suffer anymore.  Even I do not mind, I still will choose those clean ones (selective restaurants, hotels or some big shopping malls etc) or unless I have no choice!

What was finally?  Did he get wet or not?  I guess if he finally got wet, he had a need indeed to VV  but disliked the environment.  If he did not get wet which perhaps you misunderstood his real need?!

Today is the first lesson of social skills group training by Heep Hong for my girl and I hope she can be benefited a lot from it in future.  

Yesterday, the K1 class teacher told me that my girl got change after CNY holidays as she behaved well in the class.  She is willing to take initiative with some assignments and good self caring.  Her discipline become very good than before but only she has to get improvement and to be trained the social skills for interacting with other students .  I was very happy after knowing that and her class teacher told me she was much more happier than me!

Currently we do not care much about the assessment will be conducted by Ha Kwai Chung after several months as my husband and I can see her improvement for every month.  Both of us have a common goal to help our girl and the adopted approach is ‘REINFORCE her strengths, JUSTIFY her weaknesses.’ which is ‘BUT TSIM PO DEI’ in Cantonese.

The way that helen print out the transportation flash card in put into clear folder is very good to teach the kid.
I use this method for over 1 years, works well.

I also print flash card of  flowers, Chinese new year, fishes, different painting.......etc. Anything you want to teach the kid, just print it out clearly in A4 paper, picture size need to be BIG. Better to use photo .I also teach my girl to memorize chinese words too, the word need to be in RED color.

The cheapest Clear folder I bought is $8/ 20 pockets. My girl is reading 4 clear folders now except memorize words.

After the kid learn some of the nouns名詞(稱) and 動詞, can starts to read simple story books.

Story books can be just 5-10 pages, each page contain a simple action/ theme.

I read at least 5 books to my girl every day, each book is a simple story, e.g. toileting, strawberry, what is bread, panda, cats, rabbits, taxi, minibus, bus ....... any topics she like.

Dear all,

My birhtday wishes are WORK IN PROGESS now.

Last night, my hubby eating apple, and my girl want to have a bite, so we teach her to say "爸爸比", then she say it. Oh she starts to speak Phase 片語.

This morning, she say it again "爸爸比". And by the time I read her latest favouite book "我要拉巴巴( 去toilet 開大)", and I teach her  to speak "抹pet pet" and she say it""抹pet pet".

This is so amazing and suprising, My girl really on the way ........

I am so happy today.

My maid told me she was crying at the first lesson today.  I also hope that she will perform better and better.  Last night this was the first time for us to hear from her – I counted there were total 10 words in a sentence!  My husband and I were extremely happy and hugged her immediately!  I have never been so excited for a long time and nearly wanted to cry at the moment.
