而家呢個年代, 都冇諗過啲仔女可以養番自己lu, 佢地唔會問你攞, 仲可以得閒同你飲吓茶就已經好開心架啦.

A possible explanation of picking the name "Hermitage" is that the developer may want to create an image of living in tranquility, even though the location of this residential estate is in urban area.
That's why they can sell it at that "premium" price!!
