hoorrrr...I cant find 3 yrs old book last time for holiday...so i think u borrow jor law....hhhhaaa....its also a useful book for me when Chloe is 2 yrs old. She is so naughty and dont listen to me. everytime i read this book to find out the solution~~

claris都係散光左眼250度,右眼350度. 驗光師話係天生架. 如散光淺都有機會改善.我朋友個仔約50-100度散光. poly叫佢日間出街戴眼鏡,晚間或在家時要把一隻眼"傘"住,等另一隻眼唔好咁懶,用多d,咁就可有改善.但我地d囡咁勁,so都冇得救啦    唯有等佢地大個去左lasik啦

In Aug 2006, Zita had the 3yrs old check up appointment in Sai Wan Ho Clinic.  The nurse gave her a simple eyesight test and we tell the nurse  we find Zita 鬥雞眼when she watches the TV.  Then they refer our case to the doctor and the doctor offer us a letter to book the appointment in the Eastern Hospital.  Of course, we also told the doctor and nurse our family medical background

各位已經有近視的或遺傳的囡囡我已無話可說，我的分享是我與太太本身家族也有近視，可能屬遺傳易患近視之人，故從囡囡小時日間我們是關了電視機的電制而非閞關制讓她不能看電視（靠工人死梗，她更想小孩看電視而不用煩著她及陪伴她呢），囡囡每日約有飯後半至大半小時與我們一起看電視（視乎當天的功課量），也找了聖心這間校舍較大的學校給她（去年的私校樓底矮、學生多，校舍空間相對峽小），希望這些預防措施可延遲或防止令她沒有近視（在香港可能性都幾低）

我已check 左東區啦, 但佢唔detail, 如再check 個doctor要我再比多$100先check 正確度數, 個doctor自己話叫我出去check唔好係佢度check.
如你話zita眼有問題, 最好帶張相or viedo比佢睇先同你detail check....
但poly check得 detail d.....
