Do they have experience regarding the shipping docs?
If yes, you no need to worry about.   If not, your boss will consider to employ the manager again.   Who will employ the staff that no any useful for their firm.

One is 國語人. (She worked at hotel before)
Another is order follow-up.
They are all fresh for shipping docs.
Our boss said that he will emply again when
the firm is out of control.

Your boss is a little problem.  No boss will not consider their development for their firm.  If problem come out that it is very trouble that he will loss some client.   It is hard to develop again for other.     
If he employ two person for the replace of the manager.  Then, he should consider this point.  Now, I have a little worry for your job whether you can stay longer.  You may try to find a new job again.   Seeking a new job.

O.  Your boss only want somebody to handle some booking docs with the air freight forwarder.  I know most of the firm move their shipping dept to be China.   So, they may ask one or two staffs to handle all the matter at Hong Kong such as emergency matter.

He come back that he talk with me that he has one more internet homework start on tdy.  

He study two hours at the tutor centre that it is most nearly finish the homework.  So, He go back that he take the bath & do the internet homework in rushly.  He do the job are so slowly.
