本書叫 你的三歲孩子 - 亦敵亦友的年齡.  英文原本叫 Your
three-year-old (Friend or Enemy) by Louise Bates Ames and Frances L. Ilg
書中提到, 大多三歲半的小孩支配外在世界, 但無法完全控制自己的情緒及活動能力, 因此他們變得焦慮, 缺乏安全感.  反抗是他們最大特徵.
由於媽媽是有權威的人, 而且他們知道媽媽是最愛他們.  因此他們會不停挑戰媽媽, 視她為敵人.
本書教我們做媽媽的不要因此而受傷.  應該抽離小小.  多點體諒. 有需要就請其他人幫忙照顧小朋友一陣

The T-shirt is old.   A name badge on the T-shirt and I checked the name from the school web site.  I found the photo of the T-shirt owner and she look like Zita therefore the teacher put her T-shirt to Zita's school bag.

I've got the book from my friend.  It seems that they hv the whole collection until 6-year-old.
I like this book as it is very pratical.

我細個時都有散光, 大大下就小左.Moreover, 散光是遺傳=先天性.
我於2005年已做lasik so far NOW IS  OK !!!!
So dont't worry too much
I think Zita also has 近視/散光
