it's good to have homework (letter-writing & maths) daily from this monday. I'm sure Kristy can do it well as she started writing since N1.

St Nicolas (SN) - New Admission 2005-06 & Interview

Any Mami wants to get new admission form 2005-6 for interview, please note the folllowing:

04 Sept 2004 - application form is ready for pick-up (only one day)

interview will start from November 04 and result will be noticed 2 weeks later.

My 2nd daughter (2 yrs) will attend school next year. Teacher advised me to let her brother (now in L2) to bring HK$30 to school on 03 Sep 2004 so to get one form.

I also recommend my friends to let their kids to our school ley. hope the information is useful for you la!

What Group is your son studying? Is he OK in the class? Did Ms. Lee call you?

I ask my son who is sitting next to him, he said Lam Hoi Fung and Kay Kay. I know Kay Kay but I am not sure whether you son called Lam Hoi Fung. Is he true??

What do you think about Ms. Lee? Is she good? She called me today to report Angus's performance in this week. She said overall is OK, but a bit passive. If singing together, he will sing. But if ask him to sing alone, he just keep silence and not open his mouth.

I always think that he is lacking of confidence to do things. Do other mummies know how to increase his confidence?

我呀仔話認得你大仔讀隔“黎”班，佢好奇怪問點解見到你個仔張相！ 畢了業的同學曾否有聯絡的？如果都有個聚會便好了。因為上到小學，全部新朋友。唯一一個女同學都在小學不同班。日後長大了，身邊還有幼稚園的同學是朋友挺好的。你大仔是否三年都讀B班？ 想知道個大仔讀完Longman二十多本書，是否全部識得生字？我三年都沒有特別溫習，多數教課外生字，考試都沒有溫書。有些他可全本都讀到 e.g. shadow個本，有些他話沒有教過，後期Dictation的句子 e.g. ride a horse ,現在都有部份忘記。但小一上學期的功課都做到。想知道K3教得深，現在又怎樣？可否分享你的意見？

各位媽咪，

SN有時會播Longman-GOGO的VCD比小朋友睇。這套英語教材很正的。很值得買齊全套三個Level, 他們學到很多日常oral, 簡單易明，Longman書展時可留意稍平。

Total amount is around $1,0xx for 3 level (whole set), I've bought whole set for my daughter and she is very interested to see and can speak a whole sentense.........

1 level comprised 2 VCDs and 6 VCDs in total with books...........you can let your kid start from level 1 first.......

It's worth to buy............

我都仲有同大仔班同班同學聯絡以及部份交通安全隊既隊員聯絡ga. 我大仔3年都唔同班, N1C, L2F, U3B, 三年都唔同老師ga. Miss Yip, Miss Leung and Miss Ngai. 不過佢地三個都教得adrian好好.

adrian現在仍可以讀到所有書(其實平日我都keep住有同佢重溫, L2我巳自己在家中同佢默書, 由N1個d開始默), 不過整個暑假我巳經幫佢溫緊小一d書la, 好似中, 英文佢巳經讀晒, 溫晒所有課文. 我諗住開學會全力同佢溫中英文既閱讀理解, 句子重組, Tense, 看圖造句. 其實adrian既reading 係幾好, 始終巳學咗2年phonics (level 7), 好多字佢自己可以拼出來. 不過整個暑假adrian每日都會做小一既中英數補充練習, 我自己都有教佢preposition, tense, 乘數表. 始終小學課程唔單至讀課文甘簡單. 其實金巴倫既程度足以應付小學既中英文課文同數學. 所以要主攻另一方面既野.
