回覆樓主:
我覺得LAW在未來幾年入讀是ok的. It is unlikely common law will be abandoned and replaced by PRC law in the near future.
If you are good enough to get a job at magic circle firm or investment bank, it is not very difficult to apply for transfer to other common law countries such as Singapore, UK...if working as in house lawyer at investment bank, you can even apply to work in head office such as Germany , France etc although they are not using common law system. Doctors, on the other hand, is difficult to move esp if you are a specialist in HK.
Apart from training period, I think the working hours in general is better than doctors. of course there are exceptions and I dont detail here.
I am not referring to barrister here who normally need to be at least from middle class due to high cost of training.
In terms of whether 神科 or not, I dont quite understand this term actually, it means will give you a good salary when graduated? then it depends I guess and no guarantee esp in this fast changing world? any subject can be 神科 in the future...AI, biotechnology, engineering etc etc..
and I am not saying law is better than medicine..just dont want to cause confusion...醫生我從來都覺得是偉大的職業。
