WYmom>>>無呀!佢地無咩點提過中學......今日去到我覺得間學校真係非常之咁舊!但d老師大部分都好nice,聽完又覺得佢地既教學理念我同我老公都好buy........之但係到最後佢話如無意外應該最遲係2006年底會全校搬去政府借出比佢地既校舍返學,然後而家呢樹就要進行為期大約兩年既拆舍重建!亦即是話2006年小一開學幾個月後就會搬,搬去邊又唔講,淨係話九龍區!就好似一盤冷水咁淋落黎,我同老公都覺得真係要重新仔細考慮考慮至得......... :cry:  :cry:

我今日都有去簡介會, 本來都好buy佢教學理念, 但係一聽06小一會係現有校址讀一些時間再轉去九龍塘, 二年後又轉返來就有d暈

If then, it may be better to wait until the new campus is completed, but this will be around 2009 already ...

I guess they may move to the campus of Phoenix Int'l at Cheung Sa Wan by end 06 as Phoenix will move to the new Ma On Shan campus by Sept 06.

The campus in Cheung Sa Wan is very old, and all the building around there are very old too.     
We refuse to go to Phoenix Int'l this year because of it's campus.  Not again

雖然小女只有9個月人仔，但我呢幾個月都諗緊佢kinder同小學的安排
我很認同cky的教學方法，聽你們介紹後更有信心，現正想比教下幾間學校，1/ cky, 2/ 浸會一條龍, 3/ 港大同學會；以我目前所知，以上幾間都有共同特點，包括用普通話教中文、promote閱讀、native speaker教中文英文、活動教學、專題研習、鼓勵學生思考.......
想請教各位有沒有比較過以上幾間學校，請比d意見小女

我想學校有些課係hk人教但用英文授課，這會否令小孩學了'港式'英語呢？ 這是我唯一擔心的地方
很認同cky是今時今日非同凡響的學校，就算要付學費亦非常值得（淨係建立孩子的閱讀興趣同語文水平都值啦）

如果以簡介會當日所見, 我相信cky 英文應該ok, 不過中文都需要improve.  當日英文同數學老師d presentation都好ok, 中文老師d 普通話不是很純正及有小小廣東話語氣, science d老師講話太快又唔多望住d觀眾. （可能我要求太高cheeze:   ）　不過如果下年臨時campus　環境ｏｋ，　ｃｋｙ都算係一個不錯的選擇．

漏左樣, 佢地d老師真係好友善下.... 因為我見個英文老師直頭咁大雨都企係出面話俾人知間學校係邊樹, 我開頭仲拾下拾下以為佢係學校d staff.....

I also like this school and have some expectations for it.  As far as I know, the campus will remain at Piper's Hill.  It will be re-built when Yew Chung Secondary School moves out to its new Kowloon Tong campus in 2006.  I heard that its campus would be the largest primary school in HK.

Would you pls tell me which location for parking cars would not be 抄牌.  I usually park at the road side opposite the school. Tks.

Would you mind to share with me about the difference (Strength and weakness) about these school.
I have more idea about CKY and 音小 but have no idea about 祟真&培僑
Actually, I've a friend with children studying in 音小, she choose this school because it stress about 聖經教導,
My hubby hate this school because he hate the principal (we know the principal when we are studying in a music school)

I would delete 音小from our choice, because we had same feeling with your hubby after interview with the principal at 9/7. all of those school 祟真小學國際班,ＣＫＹ,培僑 have similar situation that they are all very new, and use English and Mandarin to teach.  I think 祟真&培僑's Chinese may better than CKY, as both of them are traditional school, especial 培僑, but I also believe CKY's English are the best.  the school fee for 祟真小學國際班,ＣＫＹare around 43000 per year,  for 培僑 is around 20000 per year. 祟真&培僑 校風可能比較嚴，　CKY好像好free.

Thanks for your sharing, I've also heard that CKY好free, the children have no discipline. Anyway, I read many about this school and really like their method of teaching. Did you make your decision? May I know which one will you prefer?
