係呀, 我知LOCKER 好小人用呀, 我女昨晚話, 上一堂俾MS. FUNG 話佢好上堂時去LOCKER 攞用具呀.  佢話因為MS. FUNG 講講下野, 佢同FRANKIE (你個仔??!!) 一齊舉手要攞用具, 跟住MS. FUNG 話下次唔好喎. 客到我個女以為以后都無得用呀.

My son has kept the drawing material and tools in the locker since the first VA lesson.  I don't want him to carry to school in each VA lesson, his school bag is really heavy la.  But I know it is optional, my son said just few students put those in locker.

Do you know my boy sits in front of your girl?  My boy said he didn't understand why he is surrounded by girls rather than boys, this time and also last time.  I believe Ms. Leung wants to decrease the chatting between students....hee hee

He told me your girl was very poor one day last week because without drinking water for a whole day.  Your maid forgot to bring her a water bottle.  She was very thirsty but he felt sorry that he can't help.

Hope it won't happen again.

I really don't know.  My son didn't mention this to me.  Really???  How come?  Why can't they put things in the locker?  Ms. Leung said they can store VA things and lunch mat in it on their first school day (1/9).

You reminded me one thing.  My boy said Ms. Leung allows them to put lunch mat in the locker only on Friday.  I wonder did Frankie misunderstand the message.  Because it is useless to put it on Friday.  It's silly.  They should bring back on Friday before using in next week.  Now Frankie doesn't dare to put the lunch mat in the locaker again.  He brings it to and back everyday.

Let me ask my boy after he off school today.  But he didn't bring back the VA bag home?  How about Hailey?  Did she?

我諗唔係老師唔俾佢地用, 只不過係佢地活動時間有限, 咁堂與堂之間就無時間放或攞啲野囉, 搞到要上堂時老師講野佢地就話攞用具, 老師唔高興咪話佢地囉.  今日我叫hailey 一番課室就攞定va 啲用具放自己位, 食完lunch 先放番好, 所以佢話今堂老師無話佢.  佢話frankie 又係上緊堂問話要攞野, 老師叫佢快啲呀.  不如你都叫frankie 早啲攞定出來啦.  費事俾老師話呀嗎.  另外, 真係唔太多人用locker 架.  但hailey 話肯定可以用locker 放食飯張mat 囉.

My son did all the test so far so good.  At least I'm acceptable.  I think there are many intelligence kids in this school.  Most of the students perform well in the classes.

But I think the English test is quite difficult for them.  My son didn't attend the test, because of sick leave, he did it at home.  I'm surprised that there was total 7 pages of work (am I right??) to do and the questions are quite difficult for them (or my son only).

I always remind him not to concerate on the marks he got, but the level of understanding and what he really learnt.  I think less pressure from parent will result in better performance.  Don't you agree?

By the way, which class of your boy/girl belongs to?  Nice to share with you.

Nice to meet you. Up to the moment, my son is fine with all the assessments and dictations, as you said, at least I'm satisfied with them in this early stage of P1 (always above 90). I always remind myself not to give pressure to him (although I'm nervous at heart). I understand the kids themselves are facing the pressure in class too but they don't know what exactly it is and how that is affecting them. I know from my son that one of the girls in class cries everyday because she is afraid of tests and dictations. I'm lucky that my son is very happy and comfortable with P1 life in SFA, and he enjoys that he has been grown up so he can use the computers and filing all sort of these things like adults. However I still have concerns that the syllabus will become more difficult in second term and P2 onwards, my son may not be as easy as now. The class is running really fast esp Mathematics, the first book has been finished last 2 weeks. Therefore I keep on telling myself that don't expect too much, and take it easy if he has a few drop-outs in the performance. As long as he still loves the school life, that will be ok!
