When did the booklets of 英文閱讀計劃,中文小叢書計劃 delivered ?  My son has not yet got them. Don't know if he has lost them or not.

Thank you for posting the problem of 每日一篇 topic in the intranet.  Otherwise, I don't know the plan was started.  My son lost the password and he thought the password paper that his teacher gave him was for intranet one rather than the 每日一篇 one.  

With this absent-mind son, we really need to communicate more.

Did you receive the Saturday activity list.  We received it on Monday but without reply form.

The school web was not updated so up-to-minutes this year, especially the notice part.

Do anyone know when will the Tue/Thur after-school activity start ?  Have the boys got the result of which activity they could join ?

J & P got the booklets of 英文閱讀計劃,中文小叢書計劃 weeks ago! They started to record them already.

Saturday activities reply forms are supposed to be returned to school TODAY!!! J & P have signed up for football & table-tennis.

I think the school will announce the Tue/Thur after-school activity shortly. Perhaps you can email to 江主任/Anson's classteacher for clarification.

J & P are also reading the Oxford Reading Tree series while James is also reading the Magic Tree House series. I think Berenstain Bears series are also suitable but I haven't read them yet.

Aaron 昨天才收到Reading Record Booklet，我叫他看完順便做閱讀報告，希望維持到這個習慣。最近我替他借Rookie Read About Series的書，是網友agoodfox介紹，內容雖然淺，但主題夠清晰，有不同系列如科學、地理等。Berenstain Bear係好書，但好難借到，我們在pbskids個網玩遊戲看過。Aaron喜歡Curious George Series、Dr. Seuss、Eric Carle、Leo Lionni、William Steig的書，我覺得很適合小朋友看。

那本小叢書計劃，是不是中、英文書也可以填？

Berenstain Bear & Rookie Read About Series一套有幾多本的,買的話貴不貴?
Dr. seuss的書我都有睇過,最好笑是Green egg & Ham,
我也有A Fox in a sock & Tooth Book.
至於csk你講的Eric Carle; Leo Lionni; William steig等,有無書名可介紹?

我星期二晚同matthew讀完,順便做了book report,但係昨日仍見在書包內未交,而且老師只派一張book report紙,做完又要問她攞,我想d細佬上堂後邊有甘多時間找老師簽名,老師又未必隨身帶住d book report紙,總之有好多程序上的野都有待改善.

Magic Tree House一本大約70-80頁，屬於Chapter Book，我未給Aaron睇，唔知他會否自己看，商務減價，$90有4本，我也買了一些。James好似睇緊，JP會清楚D。Oxford Reading Tree Level 2-5我未見過，如果大家交換睇也很方便。Dr. Seuss的書我們有大約10本，真是幾有趣的。Berenstain Bear好像$32.5一本，商務85折，不過咁薄，唔捨得買！Rookie Read Series仲淺和薄，用來做報告最好，係圖書館借，就算預約只要$2.5。這兩套書也有很多本，買唔晒，同圖書館借實際D。

至於作家，我們也是識少少，以下是一些Aaron睇過比較有印象的：

Willian Steig:  Sylvester and the Magic Pebbie, Pete's Pizza, Brave Irene, When Everybody Wore a Hat

Leo Lionni: Frederick the Mouse, Alexander and the Wind Up Mouse, Swimmy,The Extraordinary Egg

Eric Carle: The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Mixed Up Chameleon, The Very Quiet Cricket, Pa Pa Please Get the Moon for Me

Arnold Lobel: Frog and Toad series, Mouse Tale, Mouse Soup

Aaron 做了報告也是未交，或許夾埋幾次再給老師簽名。那些紙，可能要自己影印，如果學校供應便最好。至於到English Room看書儲時間，昨天Aaron說原來未學校準備好，遲些叫他們約埋一齊去，有伴無咁悶。

Are those books available in public library?

The Magic Tree House series are, in my opinion, more suitable for P3 or above kids. I'm quite慳家, I borrow all Oxford Tree House and Magic Tree House books from public library!

I can't come back on 16Oct, Anson's father will take him.  But I'm afraid he cannot recognise Peter.  I'll be in school on 30 Oct (any activity class on that date, it's the week of test).  Anyway, let's make the arrangement later.

I did not ask Anson's teacher as Anson has already joined the string class which has time conflict with the swimming class which Anson wants to join.  Anson prefect the string class more.  

We just got the Chinese reading record booklet on yesterday but has still not yet got the English one.  Why they don't delivery the things at the same time ?

It's quite a pity if Aaron give up piano. He plays quite well.   Anson also likes violin more than piano now, I guess its because the violin is quite easy and fresh for him at this stage.
