Hi! Ying Wah Parents,

Please help.

My son is a K3 student. Ying Wah is one of my "target" primary school. I have a couple of questions in mind.

1. How is the English standard?
2. Is there a good English speaking environment?
3. Any lessons teach in Putonghua?

Agree. Schoolbag weigh 9lbs yesterday. It is now 11lbgs today since there are two more subject: music & Pui To Wa! My poor little boy. Anyone can ask school if the schoolbag weight can be minimized?

Yesterday, my boy was measured height and weight in P.E lession. His weight is 49lbs.

Last night, my boy played with me and husband as teacher and student. We raised hand to ask question about his school life and he liked to answer our questions. So that we can know more about his school life. It's quite interesting!

今朝Charles返學好好笑....校長今日企定係門口同小朋友打招呼....佢見到charles就問佢..."你真係好似我之前個"女"學生呀....等我一陣...."校長即時入佢房拿張相比我地睇...嘻....又真係幾似喎....我仔睇張相又覺得幾似喎...只係d頭髮唔同咋"      原來呀仔個樣又令校長想番起佢之前d學生呀!!!!

我今日去學校做義工,睇d小朋友食飯,好開心!d小朋友都幾乖,有d就食得好乾淨,有d就食得好少.我見d份量都幾多,好大盒.俾我都食唔曬.

同意應減輕學童書包重量。(如繼續落去，脊骨無問題至奇)

仔仔只有45磅，書包約重12-13磅。(看到他上校車時，真擔會心出事)
剛想用學校的內聯網(舊年仔仔的password)，建議學校教吓小朋友多用locker，減輕書包重量。  可能password已更新了，現已入不到，要問仔仔取password先。

What happen to the leaving school arrangement? The schoolbus orginally told me to pick my boy at 3:30pm but the schoolbus arrive at 3:50pm.
My boy told me that they need to go outside to get on bus and they need to bring raincoat if raining.
I choose the designated schoolbus company because my boy can get on and off bus in the campus. Now it is no more safe, he need to go outside. I don't know why the school make so poor arrangement!

我都係咁話，我工人話，話就話3點半返到屋企，但係理幾日都係成3點45分先返到，我工人話校車姨姨講，好多學生，所以咁遲返到，今年一改時間上課就咁混亂勒，希望遲D可以好D啦!

Dear Ying Wah Parents,

I am thinking of applying for P1 admission for my son. As he is not good at writing (left-hander), I am a bit concerned if the school has a lot of homework and dictation.  Could somebody share with me the following?
1. How long does it take to finish homework? How much per day?
2. How frequent is Chin and Eng dictation? Once per week?
3. Do kids love going to school?

Thank you for your information.      Otherwise, I really thought the price was adjusted up.

I called Mr. Tang and he said it was a mistake. The price was not changed, still $380.  They just typed the wrong amount on my son's envelope.

~My boys usually finish their homework within one hour (NOT exceeds 2 hours max.) except weekend homework.
2. How frequent is Chin and Eng dictation?
~once in alternate week.
3. Do kids love going to school?
~Yes, definitely!
