你咁樣講，很多人係反對真正精英制，唔會認同你嘅講法。

你嘅精英制令到佢個仔女入唔到大學或者三大，咁點算呀？肯定反對你我贊成精英制啦！

我曾經有同事係ICL master，可能學術方面好強，不過做人就有很大改善空間。

我有個師弟當年個仔可以入港大及ICL BME(跟我冇關係)，我建議佢入ICL，畢業之後做銀行MT，入電腦部，做多一間電腦公司，然後入咗世界第二大Fintech公司（阿仔講俾我知）做Operations，公司去年被Bloomberg 收購咗，他升職加薪，前境唔錯。

師弟個仔在ICL發覺對電腦有興趣，幾經轉折都係可以去到理想的位置。

所以起跑线不是最重要，因為人生是馬拉松，不是短跑。

咁而家可唔可以話入三大也是另一形式精英制？

今早聽一個YouTuber講香港在互聯網興起前, 半導體行業曾經好蓬勃,點解而家無咗？ 當中有講到教育並不應只比D知識你, 然後考試背返出來, 要教如何做一件事,如何表達, 如何寫好一篇文章, 我想到ib 的課程就好重視這些

近日收到junior audit staff的email, 真係complete sentence 都未到

又戴頭盔先, 唔係話只得ib做到

他所指香港的半導體蓬勃可能指「冇得撈啦」，80、90年代在大埔工業村有一個亞太研究中心及一個細晶圓廠。當Motorola 真係全球「冇得撈啦」，政府冇後著，就冇啦。

填鴨式教育係亞洲人特色，很多國家地區都係。政府的功能係量產「人才」，還要係好管理，啱㗎啦。

家長唔想大鑊飯就要自己想辦法，代價就係$或者付出自己時間及精力去舖排。

中芯國際最初想落戶香港，都係人，錢，地，政策百冇，傾幾個月都冇乜進展。係參與這事官員私下透露，都唔知用乜嘢同人哋傾，真係靠國際金融中心？簡單稅制？購物天堂？

中心上上海幾個星期，中央支持下拍板，出人，出錢，出地，政策傾斜不在話下！

NUS，北大，清華有幾多分？，我估接近100分

香港3大會唔會其他项目接近滿分呢？單一項國際化已經接近滿分啦！

我家CEO她們也有定時做顧主滿意度調查，她們心知邊個俾高分？邊個俾低分？點會俾個手緊嘅參加評分。

我代表HKIE去大學做評核，大學都係搵友好顧主列席，我也有以顧主身份出席其他大學的評核，大家都係走過場，俾面派對。

這個項目看似公正，其實都係一場戲，不過香港3大咁低分，我都有d奇怪。
