I think she was there - I think her son was the one who was good and quiet and sat with her throughout.

Also, suggest you pm those who were there with their daughters, or post a new thread about the playgroup.  The new 1 July playgroup post is not easy to notice.

I'm sorry that we're late yesterday. We arrived at 2:40 pm yesterday. My son cried loudly and refused to go into the function room when he saw there're so many people inside. We're really embarrassed to go into and disturb your speech.

Don't worry, Sheryl.  I'm sure Mocha didn't mind.  The boys were playing rather noisily anyway.
Small kids are usually shy, while big kids (like my son) usually PRETEND to be shy.  Also they're usually sleepy in the afternoon and more difficult to please.
