Yes, I moved to 海峰園 about two months ago. I haven't heard about the renovation though (I am just a 租客). I have a friend who is a landlord living here for many years. I'll ask him about it.

I lived in 康景 (located next to 康怡) a few years ago. The middle and upper 康怡 are quite inconvenient. You either need to take mini-van a lot or walk a lot. 康景 is quite humid, and I think 康怡 would be the same. If I recalled correctly, 康怡的實用率及圖則都係麻麻地. Its main advantage is very quiet and good clubhouse facilities: swimming pool, tennis court ... etc., which 海峰園 doesn't have any at all.

Thanks for the info. I'm considering a flat in middle 康怡 but it's quite exp. The agent teach me to use the lift of Jusco and then take the escalator plus a few steps to middle 康怡, do u think it would be too much for a 3 year kid?

If there are lifts and escalators, it should be fine. You may want to check out the service hours and the peak hour usage though. It is best for you to actually follow the route and see if you feel comfortable.

我朋友私下曾聽到幼兒園嘅老師咁講過.

有幼稚園家長曾被老師提醒其女兒英文唔係幾好, 叫佢補吓, 如果唔係會有D危險. 不過聽講很多SPK嘅小朋友放學後都有學英文, 所以多數都無乜問題嘅.

St. Paul冇暑期班架, 不過以我所知, 好多家長都有比小朋友出去學興趣班既, 我囡囡就有學國語同英文, 兩樣都係單對單仲有加多一樣手鈴音樂班.暑假就可能加多游水同畫

(1)  SPK俾唔俾小朋友穿自己的外套? 我想買件白色冷氣褸仔俾囡囡現時返學用，but not sure whether she can use it again when she goes to SPK this coming Sept.

(2)  for school bus, where is the stop for Kornhill?? I live in upper Kornhill.  Also, do you think private van or school bus is better??  Please give me some idea, tkx!!
