Yes yes, let's get the kids to do some baking/cake decorating as an activity. I think my mum also brought over some custard from Sydney that the kids can make. Let me bring either cakes/custards/biscuit "stuff" for the kids to make and then us parents can read the instructions on what to do.

I remember going over to my friend's house and both our kids were happily making chocolate mousse. Great to teach them how to share because only one person can stir with a spoon. After that, both of our kids poured them into paper cups. Pui Pui was of course, terribly messy but my friend's 4 year old son did very well. Hee hee.

Joey, you may need something to cover your floor, though. Yikes!!! I'll find something that's less messy for the kids.

I also had an experience for baking cake that was unsucessful finally. So, I tried it again and the result came out was just good. Although I am good at cake baking, I can share my experience with you. The important point is not to stir the cake flour so hard coz it will affect the cake puffed up. Just stir it gently by a spoon in a quick move. If not using baking powder, more eggs are needed so as to get much more air in when mixing eggs and sugar. The last step is to add cake flour into the mixture and stir it gently. Lastly, you can add some melted butter to make the cake smell good and smooth. Hope next time you make it. :

近排我都有煩野,公司有人告發某同事(前線同事)一些操守上的事,因而要去調查及處理.咁自然會引起一些前線同事的不滿,好煩呀,但我對得住自己良心
