Last Thursday when I called Preston at lunchtime, Preston was so excited to tell me over the phone that Davin brought a new racing car to school. He said Davin liked the car very much.

There are now 25 kids in the class.  I hope that the teachers can manage to take good care of all the kids.

Does Preston like to play cars a lot ?

Preston is crazy about cars esp. buses. Yesterday he said he wanted to buy a new bus for father's day, not for himself. We went to Toyrus and bought a new toy bus and then he said he would play with daddy together. Of course, it ended up his gift for father's day.

Brian plays computer games, but not quite often.  I will just let him play some online games, like Barney.

Preston likes to play the computer a lot, actually he knows how to turn on and off the computer. Sometimes he likes to play games,e.g. sesame street, Thomas, bob the builder..... but his favorite is buses. There is website ' bus fan world' and there are lots of buses he can see.
Did you enjoy your holiday today? We went to the Airport (new terminal T2) ,actually he just wanted to take the bus (Cityflyer A21) and there were lots of fun things to play there. You could play basketball, football, pingpong..... and there was a Aviation discovery centre which told you about aeroplanes. Then in the afternoon, we went swimming in the clubhouse. He got scared of the water more this year. I'll make him take for swimming lesson this summer and hope he's not scared of the water anymore.

Do you mean playing basketball, football, etc in the Airport T2?  Sounds interesting!  Kids will love this place.

For me, my husband had to work yesterday morning.  I just brought Brian to have breakfast in Whampoa and play for a while in different playgrounds.  In the afternoon, my family went to have tea buffet.

We went to Wise Kids flagship store at Cyberport.  It was the 2nd visit.  You can pay $80 & your kid can have lots of fun at their playroom for 1hr15mins.  I used to live with my parents in HK West & it's very close to Cyberport.  The shopping mall itself is not attractive at all, but I'm sure your kid will enjoy staying there.

The classroom is really 'warm' today.  I guess it's the result of opening the window.

It's very hot today and they open the window? I'm afraid the kids will sweat and then catch cold again.

I did not actually see that the windows were open.  Yet, when I enter the classroom, I just felt that it was 'warm' & they must have opened window.

I glanced the pictures taken today & I saw that the teachers put a towel at the back of Davin.  Under this warm condition, they certainly sweated.

The weather is really hot these days, I'm afraid it'll be worse in July and August. The weather in HK is getting worse and worse. This really affects the health of our next generation.

It's really hot!  It's quite uncomfortable to walk on the street in daytime.
Brian sweats very frequently, even when the air con is on.  I am afraid he will get sick again soon.

Miss Cheng told me today that they would open the windows when all classes were finished.  Yesterday they just closed the window & that was why I felt so warm.  It was better today.

Going out during this hot season may not be that good.  Kids may be more vulnerable to sickness.  So, we may have to keep the balance.  Maybe we don't stay outdoor for too long.  And, remember to bring jacket for your kid.  The temperature difference between indoor & outdoor is big.

They will go to Botonical garden next week, hope the weather is fine and not too hot so the kids can enjoy the outing.

Davin will be very happy as he can take school bus.

I may probably go for a trip in the 1st weekend.  Are you planning for another trip ?

I told Brian that he will go to the Botanical Garden next Thursday.  He thought it's a picnic and asked why my hubby and I will not come.

I just read from the Observatory that it will be cloudy with scattered showers next Thursday.  Hope this does not affect their visit.

Actually there isn't much to see at Botanical Garden. We'd been there twice long time ago and Preston was not too interested (most animals were asleep). Anyway, it's more fun going out with the classmates. I hope there weather is not too bad.
