yes their reply Is actually useless. I am actually a little bit angry about their reply LOL
my previous mails take ard 1 week to arrive usa. I dun know why this package takes a long time

寄e express 真係睇彩數，之前最耐試過兩個月才到英國，那次因文件出問題，貨到英國不能派送。你不用勞氣，上次經驗，若再遲下無更新，再多D人再去問，可能有專人跟緊D

真係好睇彩數,我朋友16/10寄去英國,21/10已經收到,分分鐘快過speedpost,我遲佢兩日寄,結果留咗香港9日先離開香港

e Express 上到直航機可以好快，要轉機就唔敢講，我對上一次10月6號寄，23 號到，但16號再寄就仲係香港

16号寄仲在香港？我27号寄當晚話已到處理中心，剛剛check完仲在處理中心，希望星期一上到機啦(emoji)(emoji)

其實我上星期六寄speed post，都係前日上到機，呢2日有2班貨機，應該上到啦！其實係少咗機呀！但無計！呢啲箱又未必跟客機走，而DHL/ Fedex係會快啲，但又要續樣磅續樣寫，又好煩。
