香港浸會大學附屬學校王錦輝中小學宣佈，聘任陳偉佳博士、羅美寶女士和麥耀光博士三位資深教育工作者分別擔任副校長和助理校長之職，負責行政及管理工作。三人將於今年九月履新。

陳偉佳博士將擔任副校長一職，協助陳呂令意校長製訂學校長遠的發展策略，並肩負中學部的管理運作。陳博士是位享負盛名的教育家，專長行政管理及資源統籌，他是前香港直接資助學校議會主席，現任惠僑英文中學校長。

羅美寶女士將擔任助理校長之職，主管小學部。她對教育充滿熱誠，重視學生全面發展，現為弘立書院小學部校長。羅女士除擁有豐富的小學管理經驗外，她在加拿大士嘉堡教育局工作時，曾開發一個「英語為第二語言」的課程，有效提升學生的英語水平。
麥耀光博士將出任助理校長之職。他現時任職仁濟醫院靚次伯紀念中學，教授英文及專責推行校本教師專業培訓。麥博士擁有二十年的中學教學經驗，亦兼任香港浸會大學、香港大學及香港公開大學中學教師專業培訓導師，於推展校本課程、創新教學法有豐富知識及心得。

It is very unfair for BU primary school to accept only 15% of Shatin student (I am not living in Shatin).
Though I know that this is an agreement between BU primary school & other schools in Shatin.
However, I think this measure had limited Shatin student to choose the BU primary school.
Can we make a complaint to 平机會?

The teaching staff is very powerful and experienced.  I am happy with my son who will study P.2 there in September 2006.
Besides, I do not worry about the promotion of the secondary school as it is a through train school including primary and secondary sections.

Class structure is good.  There are two teachers in each class looking after about thirty students.
It used English and Mandarin as the teaching language, which is similar to the general trench in the Mainland.

The most important thing is;
-how the parents teach their child
-how the parents co-operate with the school
-how the school enhances the student to learn, think, explore, and present their ideas
but not solely depending on the brand name of the famous school

Input from the parents in the early stage,childhood, is very important.  In the senior forms, the students have to learn knowledge by themselves.

If the students' learning attitude is not good in the senior form, it will be very difficult in changing them.

(星島日報報道)在最近三個學年，資助學校已有逾百名校長退休，有領導才能的校長供不應求，而新辦直資學校更掀起一場「校長爭奪戰」。將於今年九月開辦的浸會大學附屬學校王錦輝中小學，近日便成功羅致兩名現任校長，包括惠僑英文中學校長陳偉佳及弘立書院小學部校長羅美寶，兩人將「過檔」出任副校長及助理校長之職。

　　據了解，九月開辦的浸會大學附屬學校王錦輝中小學近日成功聘請直資學校議會副主席、惠僑英文中學校長陳偉佳出任副校長，負責中學部的管理及制定學校發展。同時，該校亦羅致現任弘立書院小學部校長羅美寶及仁濟醫院靚次伯紀念中學英文教師麥耀光，出任助理校長，主管小學部及推展校本課程，三人將於九月履新。

　　陳偉佳昨接受查詢時表示，王錦輝中小學是首所由大學主辦的學校，「她上接浸大，下接浸大附屬幼稚園，有很大發展空間，我們都希望建立一所有代表性的直資學校。」

　　他又指，王錦輝中小學的目標是開辦六十班，擁有逾二千名學生及逾百名教師﹔雖然他由校長改任副校長，但他相信工作量不減反增，絕對不會有「降級」感覺，「好像由中小企轉到大企業一樣，我希望挑戰自己。」

　　擔任王錦輝中小學總校長的前何文田官立中學校長陳呂令意相信，學校的發展空間及辦學理念是吸引兩名校長加盟的原因。將出任助理校長的羅美寶，曾於加拿大士嘉堡教育局工作，開發「英語為第二語言」課程。現職仁濟醫院靚次伯紀念中學的麥耀光是浸大校友，擁有二十年教學經驗，曾兼任浸大、香港大學及公開大學的中學教師培訓導師。

點解浸中小學所聘請的校長及副校長, 我先不論他們的教學經驗及名銜, 見報導後得知三位專員均是從三所不同的中小學過檔過來,但算本人見識少真係未聽過惠僑英文中學及仁濟醫院靚次伯紀念中學, 好彩弘立書院小學有聽過吓,但只知是新學校,學費勁貴及收不足學生.

你們知否惠僑英文中學及仁濟醫院靚次伯紀念中學是屬於什麼級別的中學及惠僑英文中學註明是"英文"中學為何該校所教授的學科大多採用中文授課呢?

對, 我公司新請既本地大學生,10個有8個唔係出自傳統名牌中學,唔一定名牌中學既校長先至好.

都係嗰句啦...... Banding 呢家野, 要睇好多野配合 ga....

學校有冇好學生, 有冇好教師, 有冇好校長，　水唔水俾學費 (因為要俾學費，家庭blackground一般較好，家長一般對教育有要求 ga，一般願意花更多金錢去培育個小朋友，　所以成績一般會好)．

所以單看有好校長都未必有用．

Mathematics shouble be taught in Cantonese.Principle Chan said she preferred to teach lower primary class in chinese mathematics for strengthening their basic concepts of mathematics.

1)  Thanks very much for photos from Cosom.  Look forward to entering the school on 16/08

2)  Info from school that own school bags (shown to us in June) are not available in this year.  Parents needs to buy school bags from outside .... I found that some brands are now running short of stock in some style or in some colour already
