The District Council member, Mr. Cheng Ke Kin who helped for the Pedestrian Traffic Light near WYPS has won the y'day election, mean a consecutive term for him in the coming 4 years.  I have congratulated him and he promised to follow thru the matter.

孫明揚﹕英中轉車制肯定要檢討

【明報專訊】教學語言明年初重新諮詢教育界意見，教育局長 孫明揚 做足準備，昨日聽取英文中學聯會對教學語言政策的意見。與會者引述孫明揚形容，英文中學與中文中學的「轉車」機制，會為學校帶來不必要的緊張和不開心，「肯定要檢討」。 學界稱家長與社會望增英中 - 英中聯會主席陳璐茜於會後表示，孫明揚於教學語言問題上沒有既定立場，希望先蒐集各方意見，明年才展開諮詢，但沒有談及詳細時間表。她表示，家長和社會也希望增加英中數目，希望符合英語教授的學生與英中佔全港中學的比例能夠一致。教育局當年檢討教學語言時，並沒有英中聯會代表，故不會認同報告訂立成為英中的條件。 上任4月首觀課 - 另一名列席的香港華仁書院校長譚兆炳相信，教育局微調教學語言政策可減少爭拗和減輕對教育界的震盪， 但由於政府需於09年公布英文中學名單，促請教育局盡快完成諮詢，及早公布具體細節。 孫明揚昨又參觀了英中基督教女青年會丘佐榮中學的中七班歷史和中二班數學課，這是他上任4個月以來首次到學校觀課。基督教女青年會丘佐榮中學校長陳永傑透露，孫明揚早上8時已到達，參加學校早上集會和升國旗儀式，並與師生茶交流。據悉，孫明揚專程到英中觀察以英語授課的情。 按教育局規定，2010/11學年，不合資格的英中必須轉車為中中，合資格的中中則可轉車為英中。

早晨 ! 大家好 !!

都有好幾個星期冇見大家了, 要慢慢追番上嚟先得.
終於完成個測驗月, 係好係醜都雨過天清, 又可以鬆一鬆了.
上星期六 A畫遊戲日都睇咗三年級比賽,
班仔情緒好高漲, 未開始都開大喉嚨叫,
有一組接力因其中一個犯規, 終於由第三變冇獎,
見到佢地冇互相指責, 真係好有體育精神, 抵讚!!
