Good morning.  I sat on the same row, but on your left hand side.  

Could you do me a flavour?  We have a FS2 Parents Forum and a FS2 Pupil's Forum.  And now we are running an "English - Read Aloud program" for our boys / girls at FS2.  We would like to share to all FS2 Parents/Pupils.  Could you help to let this parents know.  If she is interested in it, join give me her email address and then I would send details to her.

At Logos, pupils dress in smart casual.  Plain and pastel colour, Polo Shirt and Khaki shorts/skirt.  They looks decent and full of liveliness.

For the interview, BE YOURSELVES (both parents and your kid).  If your style meets with Logos, then it is easy to get along for a long run.

After reading the circular of the 第二學段公開課, I am so happy, but there is a question, will all the classes get to have this 公開課 later? I mean, I would like to join, but my daughter's class is not on the list yet, and I really would like to see how my girl behaves during class.

Oh, another thing, anyone has received the confirmation of your membership of the PA? as it seems like taking abit too long.  Just worry perhaps I have input something doesn't matched with their record? or I am just being a bit impatient?

Hi waterdrop,
Open class demonstrations will take place in term 2, 3 & 4.  Parents are welcome to view the process even if the teacher is not teaching your child's class. It's a good opportunity to see how the kids are taught. Try to attend as many as you can.
Don't worry, you'll get a chance to see your child.

The PA membership card was distributed last week.
I got mine renewed.  Please contact the PA if you still haven't received one yet.

Dear qq_dad,
Thanks for your support and understanding. I know sometimes I tend to be a bit too serious. The open class demonstration has always remained to be one unique characteristic of Logos. Therefore, it is our responsibility to support and protect the school's interest against deliberate misconduct.

Last year, parents were very active in asking questions.  The Curriculum in Charge and the teachers answers the queries in details.  Some of them involves teaching techniques.  It also gave me some hints to help my girl in a happy learning way.  ha ha

Dear Denist,
Totally agreed "it's a good opportunity to see how kids are taught", and would really would love to attend as many as I can, but since I know all parents wanna watch their onw kids as well,I do not wish to 'fight' for the seat with any other parents who are trying to see how their own kids.  

About the PA memership card, I have received it last week also, and have registered already, just waiting for their confirmation of my registration.

Hi Waterdrop,

Don't worry.  Suggest you to participate even not your child's class.  There are plenty of seats at the hall.   

It's also a good opportunities to directly communicate with teachers/the curriculum monitor and understand their teaching approach.  Most often, it helps to relieve parents' uncertainty and also find a better way to cope with the school.

Hi, Waterdrop,

We have not got our confirmation yet. So I think it is alright. As there is only 2 parents, or just a few, doing the confirm work, I think we have to give them some more time.

Hi Waterdrop,

I suggest you send an e-mail to the PA.

On the first of this month, I have sent the e-mail to PA to ask for the progress of my membershiip.

And then, they responsed so quickly to e-mail the user-ID for me as a per-request. So that I could login the PA forum so early.

I understand your feeling. Every parent want to have a look on their kid's class, especially for our new parent. Don't be so unhappy. Next turn will be you.  

I'm so lucky that my son's class is on the list.
        

This is my first time to have the chance to join the open class - English open class.

My husband and I will go together on that day.

I just want to know either half day or whole day off is suitable.
