Now is total 34 people. Can you please check the cost for an extra hour in the clubhouse just in case we are too happy and enjoy?

Your idea of stickers & card is very good. But base on what to give the stickers, only winners can get or looser also have stickers (comfort them).

Idea :
When the party finish, 每位小朋友一個奬排, 例如”分工合作"奬 (pls suggest) ….= 頸繩+卡紙. Make the party fun + meaningful.  Anybody can provide頸繩 free of charge (more easy ma)? If no, then ribbon also can do (I have ribbon)

????? 老師這樣說的似乎有點問題喎. 新校車公司不是有自己的車隊並且數量、設施、服務及收費各方面均得到校方滿意才中標嗎？我十月尾才問過林修女有新公司未。她說未有,如有需要會再招標直至找到合適的為止。距今半個月便有新進展了。所以真的期望這間公司的運作會比現在的好.

我跟樓下的家長一起問過校車姨姨是否有可能他們繼續車我們。她說其实他們做得不錯,只是受其中一條車線拖累。因校方鍾意新的校巴公司，所以做到一月便冇得做。(可能他們都有投標,不過唔中。)

所以可能要睇校巴公司運作下學期才可以比較並向學校及家教會反吷啦。

I will ask my elder girl to design the card.  I am going to Hunghom next Friday.  There is a shop which sell very pretty stuff and not expensive.  We can buy something like stationary or hair clip or little bags.  I will see if they have anything suitable for the party.  If yes, I will call you to confirm the purchase.

至於頒獎,我有以下提議想問大家意見:
1. 小朋友要掛名片咭方便大家叫名. 可用掛式八達通咭套的設計。
3. 咭套內放一張設計卡片for this party. 每張咭有小朋友的名印在上面.
4. 参與遊戲會得到一張貼紙,可貼在咭套或咭片上。而勝出的小朋友會再多得一張貼紙作鼓勵。
5. 最後頒發的獎狀也跟八達通咭大小一樣。讓小朋友可以一併收藏在咭套內。當然可另加小禮物啦。
這樣,該咭套便變成今次X'mas Party 的紀念品啦。

I remember that, it ws told that  the most unsatisifiction is from primary school. I believe our school time is different with them & the performance of the school buses varied as well. However, it sounds that the whole SRL (Kidergarten/PS,HS) should only select one bus company due to costing. I'm not trying to aginst any party; but my p/of view is any new arrangement must base on the beneficiary who is our kids. Our worry x concern is not unacceptable or unreasonable ah...   :cry:      
Any way, I reported not attending the briefing but I will try to leave company & join it. Wl u attend?

I will not attend the meeting.  I don't see the point to join the briefing if the school already made decision on the school bus company.  Moreover, go to Shatin....   Too far to make all the trouble and don't think it really worth to.

And, right now, you are worry too much.  May be the new one is much better than the old one and you will welcome the change.  So, just relax and wait for the change.  I am sure that all parents in the schools (KG, Primary & Secondary) plus the teachers have the children's benfit on their mind when they pick this company.  It is only if this company can keep their commitment on good services.  Which we will need to observe.

I’m satisfied with the school bus service but prefer it has seat belt and the school bag can hang in the front chair so the kids don’t need to carry it at the back in whole journey.  But I know the school bus sometimes arrives school before the door open because the school bus pick up the kinder students just right after leave the primary students in school. In fact they can pick up later & so the journey can be shorten.

Every 奬排 with same wording so it’s fair to all of them.

May be a few games are enough, they mayl need times to run around, chatting ….etc. How many games, 5 / 6 ???

太好了，YanYan已康復哂。  祝佢健康活潑食得睡得。我囡囡早排話YanYan星期六出左院？？？佢又知？？？
我朋友個仔都出左院啦，而家休養緊。佢最初發燒唔停，睇左兩次醫生都唔得。之後情況變化很快，立即入醫院。跟住條頸就腫哂，好似個ball咁，即刻入ICU又話要做手術。嚇死我朋友。醫生話佢”中” 左d不知名病毒，身體抵抗唔到，舊年香港有幾個人(包括成人) 都係咁。

Dear all Mummies,

1. The function room is a very long rectangle shape that is around 3 classrooms’ size of St. Rose. It is quite big in fact. I have checked with the club house. Max pax is 50 people. So we can invite more to spread the cost. Sorry, I think we should reserve the indoor one this time cos' it maybe too cold for the kids in Dec at outdoor. Extra hour is $200/hour.

2. I suggest to buy the tickets for the kids (confirm the total in advance first) for the adventure jungle to occupy the time, like 5:00-5:30. Sorry, just called club house that it has increased to HK$30/kid/30 mins. We should reserve earlier to let the kids play together. Max kids are 20 pax/30 mins. If there are not much kids to play at the next half an hour, the one who get the tickets can play again for FREE for another section. But the Amazon jungle close at 6:00pm and reopen at 7:00 everyday. So yr guys can come earlier if you like.   

3. Pls don't deposit to my account that will make me too much work load to counter check who has or hasn’t paid. Pay me at the final day is easier.

4. I do need volunteers for shopping at the supermarket. It is better for those volunteers to come to my place an hour earlier. I think I am available after the picnic. I just look at the picnic schedule given by the school on 26 Nov. There is a FREE time from 1:00 – 1:45. Can we discuss at that time???

5. Excuse me, for the gifts, may I sugget to buy some useful gifts, like stationaries, small napkins, pencil sharpeners etc....

6. haymama, we can order tea set or whatever you want in fact. Pls get the menu of the restaurants that is good and let we chose at that day. Hot drinks, sure no problem. I can bring down my electric kettle and microwave. I suggest to get someone to do the food list and agree by most of us. Otherwise there will be too much food left over. We can prepare fruits, salad and drinks. The rest we can order 外賣. How is it?

Hi, Hayamama,

You meant from Cheung Sha Wan to Shatin St. Rose?  The best will be MTR to Kowloon Tong then change the train.  There is a train stop very close by the school.  I think it is 5 mins walking distance.  

From the map provided by school, Bus# 86 is from Mei Foo to Shatin, which you can take as well.  From KMB website, it takes about 65 minus.
