Hi KenBaBa,

Look forward to meeting KenMaMa one day.  You and your son at Logos are the best proof.  KenMaMa, come on.  We are group-singing.  Many parents do not know singing, though I admit that there are brilliants singers there.  I was taught to read the staff by friendly parents (may be deniset's husband)    when I first joined the PC and not familar with the song.    

Besides, it is really funny.  Hope to see you soon.

Dear KenBaBa and qq_dad,
Haha, my other half...?? He's none of what you guessed. You'll get to know him better eventually at the future PC gatherings. Only he travels quite a bit and may not necessarily be able to attend the practice regularly. One thing for sure, he doesn't have a habit of indulging himself in the bk chatroom like me.... He's got one common interest like KenBaBa: occasionally ho chung yee yum cha ga and eat dim sum ga!!

I got a second int letter.....What will they ask ??? 2nd int for kids or for parents??? Do you know?

Last year, 2nd in with parents and then with parent and kid together.

Please prepare to wait for more than an hour!

Dear Tina Tam,

     The second interview is mainly for parent, although your child must come together.

      For my experience in the last year, it was an informal interview. Most of the time, principal Yau shared the school matter with us. He was very nice to us.

      On the last part of the interview, principal Yau asked my child few question(name/came from which kindergarten/what did he like to play at school). I thinked that he just wanted to know the reaction/confidence/communication of the child rather than the answer. Indeed, my child only came from an estate nursery and not the famous one.

It was last about 20 minutes.

Oh sorry, I forgot to tell you that I am a parent of Logos Academy.

A little bit reminder, nothing had to prepare and just do yourself, don't force the child to memorize any model answer(it is meaningless), in fact no model answer, be relax and natural.

For me, I must prepare a note of speach before the 2nd interview. Hm.....How many questions will he ask?? such as :
What are you doing afterschool or in the holiday?
Why do you choose this school?
What do you want your son be?
Are you Christian?
Op! too many..........

I want to know what is your command above the school.  Let me for reference

   , how was your experience and witness on the morning assembly 2 hours ago ?  The teacher TSE's leadership becomes more and more mature and she handles the atmosphere and grasps the beat just at the point.  You could see that the school was entirely filled up with sweet singing voices of "Haliluya" coming out from every little smiling faces this morning.
    
I think everyone should have obtained the PA forum ID as we did.  Besides, I have reported to join the picnicking of 24 Oct 2006, haven't you ?   :

Dear tinatam,

I guess that:-
(a) may or may not, but of course you will mention about your daily lives and activities with the kids, etc;
(b) this is a mandatory question being asked by every school.  The Principal would like to learn your way of thinking and expectation on the school to see if match with the vision and mission of the school.  If you want to prepare for it, I think just try to organize your speech in an orderly sequence with your very honest and sincere opinions and to adopt a kind of friendly approach with open mind;
(c) Ha Ha Ha, this question ...... I think ...... NO !
(d) My personal experience is that ...... No.
