Please note that last year (oct 06) already increased bus fee 5% due to the petrol price rised up, then bus company promised that they adjust the price when petrol price low down. From last year the price became lower but they did not keep their promise, now they suddenly rised up without any notice. i lived in tsing lung tau belong Tsuen Wan but the fee is over one thousand, after will be more than school fee, please think about this is not a private school.why can let school bus company do like this?

The matter of school bus fare was discussed at the PTA meeting in Nov 2006.  Pls read the minutes of that meeting, and perhaps seek clarification from PTA if you wish to.  Some follow up must have been done to result in PTA giving gree light to increase in school bus fare by 7%.

In our case (as I've mentioned before), current bus fare (before March 2007 increase) from Kln City to school is $492 in long month.  In comparison, for another school, bus fare from Whampoa Garden area to Kln Tong / Kln City area is over $700.  So bus fare charged by this school bus provider is already comparatively quite reasonable.  And as another parent mentioned, we pay only half-fare for short months.  I don't believe the school bus company of that other school I mentioned ever provides this concession.

Instead of concentrating on % increase, perhaps you may wish to compare school bus fares between TsingLungTau <---> Kln to get a clearer picture of things.

The last increase in bus fare was in Oct 2005.

唔好意思, 想阻大家一陣. 請問TSL面試時除了in學生, 需要in家長嗎? 用英語還是中文in呢?

我都知好難入, 但真係好心儀, 又在附近和唔貴, 所以好想試試.

07的申請在面試時分兩輪：第一輪有約2千申請，以英文進行，主要是考對英文的聆聽能力，聰指示做他的要求，當小朋友玩拼圖時，又看看他們的合作性及主動性，當他們現得好投入時，就叫佢坐回座位寫自已的中文名字。在這一環中，我在多個的小朋友中亦看出了，他們out走很多人，有的同學仔中没有完成這part的都不在第2round入圍。
第二輪，家長和小朋友入，有5分鐘的討論，會有一圖，没有指定要用英文作答，當然會用英文去形容會更好，小朋友就會排隊入另一課室，去描述這圖的所看到的東西，小女的圖是zoo，內有人物及一些很茄哩的動物如孔雀，駝鳥....駝鳥蛋hatch out一隻初生bb等。
大同小異，這幾年亦是如是。希望這可幫你去好好準備。
