我個小朋友都係陪跑一族(BR, Birth after summer holidays)，沒有想過有得2nd in, 所以在上星期尾收到電話時，真係嚇一跳!

29/10去了2nd in, 李校長真係好nice，interview多數時間是介紹學校課程，沒有問一些家長難答的問題，只是想從父母口中多些了解小朋友。不要太緊張呀。

不論結果如何，我都覺得小朋友的表現已經超額完成。

衷心祝福未收到電話的家長，可能學校未能同一時間聯絡所有2nd in的小朋友家長。

by the way, 唔知有無聽錯，好似話在11月尾公佈結果，結果好似會放上學校網上供流覽。

終於in咗... 都幾順利... 等咗大約一個鐘左右... 阿囡都算好定(好過上次活躍兒咁)... 亦冇埋怨要坐定定等咁耐... 校務處又有冷氣... 好舒服 :)

至於interview, 係李校長親自in嘅, 好和藹可親... 令到本來好緊張嘅我都可以放鬆啲, 整個過程感覺都好好... 校長先問我同太太覺得小朋友有咩強項同弱項... 然後就簡單介紹咗學校比我哋認識... 之後再問我哋住喺邊(堅尼地道)... 校長話好近冇問題... 上到中學重再近啲... 再問我哋有冇嘢想問題, 我同太太都話冇, 話簡介會當日同學校比嗰份資料都已然對學校好認識... 我只係補充話好開心見到學校有早禱時間... 之後校長就介紹咗一啲學校同基督教信仰有關嘅活動, 家長重可以參與... 強調學校一直都好著重將福音種子撒喺小朋友嘅心中... 最後就話比我哋聽, 11月24日就會收到結果, 或可上學校網址check...

好安慰阿囡都記得同校長講早晨, 走又有講再見... 無論result點, 我都好proud of佢 :) 一切交託比神！

Don't be depressed. I also don't receive any call and letter too.

Spend more time to study with your kid in future and have the examination result better than the SPCC HKCE average (about 2A4C).

Don't be so depressed! They haven't stopped calling yet, so there is still chance. You never know. Besides, you still have DGJS interview coming up. I am sure your daughter will do very well! Cheer up! I will pray for you. By the way, did you get my pm?

I remember that even one of the Global famous investor Warren Buffett is being rejected by Harvard Graduate school MBA when he was young.

Because during the interview, Buffett always talk about the investment and he was only 20 (small kids in Graduate school) and too young.

Later, he switched to US Columbia university in New York and met his famous teacher Benjamin Graham.

Relaxed and face the future and God will lead us.

yes, me too also waiting for the letter no matter is accept for 2nd interview or reject... my husband always said dont choose ur daughter not becos she is not good enough..just dont match school's requirement. Dont be upset.

說得對, 天生我才, 你的女兒應有個人之處, 可能是不合SPCC 的, 不要氣餒, 況且有D小朋友是比較遲開竅, 不要放棄繼續努力......

Thank you for your words. Well, I do like SPCC rather than any other sch. I think my child did well during the interview and all criteria are ideal except she was born in Dec. :(

By the way, I feel so happy to hear how nice Ms. Lee was in the 2nd in and very much imagine I were the parent having such experience. Really admiring!! I really sincerely wish those BK parents can get places at the end as we had very great time to encourgae and comfort each other by this platform.

I didn't get any PM from you. You are very kind and rely in God. I believe you prepared your child well and she should be very bright. I can tell Ms Lee will like you all and your child is likely to be accepted. Don't forget to share good news on 24/11.

For me, I went for trip on Monday and accidentally something cancelled that I returned HK on Tuesday (supposingly to be returned on Friday night with orginal iteniery). I was delighted to come back as i think God was planning me to be back for the 2nd interview. Quite disappointedly, it is not the case. The feeling of returning HK is even worser than being occupied by working outbound, as I keep browsing this thread and being anxious with phone calls. This 'game' is not funny at all and drives me crazy......

Thank you for your encouragement as I will try all our best in upcoming DGJS. However, I still like SPCC the best.. the reason is exactly like yours. I met many fds from SPCC during inter school events when i was in secondary. I admired and appreciated students of SPCC were exceptionally gentle, bright and humble. Unlike other elite schools were too proud of their names of schs and the prizes they won, SPCC students were very mild and easy to get along with. Now, those folks of SPCC are having very good career and rank, but they are still very nice and posing good characters. Other than those, SPCC stresses on pastoral education more than other schs like DGJS although they are all SKH's schools, which I wish my daughter will be under God's guidance. All in all, SPCC is very ideal and a dream sch for me to send my only child there.
