I have the below letter sent to both the Wanchai District Council Member and copy Transport Department to request the Pedestrian Traffic Light.  Hope this will bring to the PTA attention so that we can form the Parent Petition on this in a later stage.  Will keep you guys informed.

Dear XXX,

Re: Request for Pedestrian Traffic Light in the conjunction of Queen’s Road East and Stubbs Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

I am writing to you to express my concern of the Pedestrian Safety of the above captioned.
It is in front of the Khalsa Diwan (Sikh Temple) Hong Kong, 371 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (please refer to the attached map).
I have seen various events that the primary and secondary students of the nearby Wah Yan College and Wah Yan primary school, people who dress in the Muslim costume and a parent like me to take my child to cross the road with danger and a possibility of the road accident.


I trust you will support me to create a danger-free zone by changing the vehicle traffic light to a Pedestrian Traffic Light in order to have the zero road accident.
There is nothing precious to a LIFE rather than a moment of delay of the road traffic to the driver.

I am copy to the Transport Department so that you could facilitate and expedite the discussion with them and hope to receive your favourable reply before the District Council Election.

I think this is the discretion of the teacher.  We are required to submit in December.

Would it be possible to discuss with other moms of your son's classmates to check the progress of the project.  I think if more than 5 moms experience the same difficulty, then maybe this is a good ground to reschedule the project submission, say one week after the final subject of the test.   NO TRY, NO GAIN.

Good to hear and nice try.

I used this to deal with all kinds of telecom regulator and government officials around the world.  Normally I could be granted a month's time and then I extended the timeframe thereafter if necessary.  It works for me and so as you.

原來係marco 定眼望住我，之後喵~喵~親我一吓。

Afternoon friends :)

麟媽,

This morning was so bright and hot, I served as the parent helper for the mini sport day (rehearsal) for my younger son.  He has participated in the Rally, Track and field, Long jump and throwing events.

Do not think that you will be the only person facing all these issues, it's just a common with a various degree difference to it.  

My 2 boys have quite a different character, last Friday, I was badly injured due to his scratches on my neck and arm for not playing at the toy shop.  He was irrational.

I have the update of the letter I have sent to request for the Pedestrian Traffic Light.

The District Council Member will forward my letter to the Police Department and The Home Affairs Department.

He has proposed the short term remedy to place the guard post by the Transport Department.

But I have requested for a long term planning and he said it might take several rounds of discussion before a Pedestrian Light could be set up.

You know we have the online "A passage a day" exercise and I recall the cost is below HKD300.  I have seen the poster in my younger son kinder and costs HKD500 per year, the education can now become the business opportunity.

Y'day my older son has the tooth extraction of his Lateral Incisor (upper teeth) due to another tooth has come out on top of his incisor but wrapped by his gum with a part expose to it, it looks ugly and horrible.   I was scare but pretend confident.
