Don't worry! Kentville is not so "traditional" as what we thought. Based on what I've observed in these three months, I would rather say Kentville is a "traditional + activity" kinder. My son learns a lot in these three months, but both of us(my son & I) don't feel much pressure at all. He goes to school happily everyday, and when he comes home, sometimes he'll sing & dance to me, showing me what he has learnt from school.
This is my personal opinion, hope that it may help you a bit.

因派回來結果是4科都得到滿分(100分)   
十分開心,讚了她時,她亦笑得很大聲,還問了我一句

囝囝都係4份都full marks!
我覺得kentville呢個評估方法幾好呀, 事先唔會刻意通知家長要test, 因為咁會令家長同小朋友都好緊張, 依家不知不覺間咁考左, 又可以令家長知道小朋友上堂有無聽書.

係呀! 我都同意你的講法. 我唔係好贊成只係test之前先讀係為左"應付"心態. 平時學幾多就得返幾多分. 我亞仔就3份100, 1份95. 錯係d大意地方. 不過佢自己就好mind話. 呀! circle錯左....我就同佢講你已經好叻啦. 不過下次小心d啦. 佢地仲當呢次平估係遊戲, 成日攞出黎叫我問佢.

Ans: Good to Excellent, depending on your expectation.

Ans: Fairly happy with discipline. (that's what I want)

Ans: No. I am 100% satisfied with the school so far. It suits my son who is not the most actice type.

I think the most important thing is you choose a school that suits your child's character and your expectation. Good luck.
