I do not even know the motto of some famous cartoon characters and some of the very common names!!

2)        No, I am not a good leader.   
And I always have great regard for parents of senior grades.       
There are several parents of senior grades here on E.K.

i'm sure you are a better candidate than me for the 2009 winner of the Nobel Peace Prize on E.K.!!! and i think there will be no parent oppose that!

as for being the leader of the camoes dream team... please note that Captain America did not join until issue #4 of "The Avengers", although he was given the status of an honorary founding member...
exactly like you have found the dream team without being the most senior grade in E.K.!!!!
again, i think no parent will object your leadership statue neither!!!!

When I say “seniority”, I mean the grades at school, nothing to do with age!!

"Short-listed applicants for second interview will be announced at 9:00a.m. on 29 October 2009 "
did they wrote the same thing year before and still announced at mid-night?

a lot parents are going to be sleepless tonight...

2 years ago, there were no that kind of announcement and I checked at ~1:00a.m.

So, you may set your alarm clock to alarm every hour from 12:00 to 9:00a.m.

Sleep well.   
All of us will wait for your good news tomorrow morning.   
Only in some years, the results would be announced at mid-night to give parents surprise.

2) You are very creative in re-designing such poster.   
At a closer look, the gentleman in the poster looks rather like you if we try to be more imaginative!!      
Not only you, I may also be sleepless tonight as I need to pray for you!!
