停課e之後比佢食番肉鹼再+蘋果,佢又似乎冇咩不良反應, 所以我都唔知係同學惹嬲佢定關d肉鹼事

妳可以早午夜各一匙 或 早晚各二匙，兩種supplement可以一起食。

妳可以請教博士有關解決的方法。以我所知，斷尾配方上螺旋藻在等一個星期是正常的一半，配合洋蔥綠茶一起食，應可解決對螺旋藻敏感的問題。
