Ruthin is one of the school I scanned when I looked for school for my son 2 years ago, their A levels ranking is not that top at that time, so I am also curious on that they could make such remarkable progress in these few years.
2008 A/A* % : 37
2012 A/A* % : 66

Provided that all boarders are accomodated in twin room and school fees is guardianship inclusive, it is really a good bargain.

Just discussed with the agent about the outstanding improvement about the A level results.  She said that due to the increasing acceptance of the Chinese students who study hard from Hong Kong and China, they help the school to boost the ranking.

早晨各位! 最近得知有個朋友個女剛在ruthin畢業,考得幾好,入咗durham u, 佢話個女對ruthin 好好comment, 我哋昨日於是也決定讓女兒今年9月入讀ruthin 6 form. 今天不用再煩揀學恔, 可一心準備開學,希望大家多交流聯絡.

小女還有三星期出發去Ruthin 入讀y10, 學校的uniform list提及要買海軍藍的襪，請問有冇人知在那裏可買到？另外是否要帶水靴去呢？

我儿子的袜子是灰色的，可能女生的不一样。香港的校服公司应该能买到。我儿子有带水靴但他说没有穿过。

間學校的AL成績幾好，但係Wales就幾遠，有D保留。
有冇sixth form家長可share學校的強，弱處。
另外，讀得唔好會唔會被革走？
