May I  know when your friend sent 'letter/profile' to LS asking for mid-joiner for P2?

How she/he knows there is vacancy for P2?

My friend just sends the application letter + school result and other performance showing the ability of his son.

BTW, Does LSPS use English to teach Maths? My friend needs to prepare for the written test.
