| Learning English is different from learning Chinese. English is best learnt by phonics, not by memorizing the spellings. Don't understand why many parents focus so much on spelling correctly, always ask the kids to spell and spell and do dictations, does it mean that it will increase their interest in reading and speaking more?? Or will it lead to opposite effect? |
