however, thanks for the info about diocesan, i didn't know that they up class the level of 1 year.... would you mind to share where you see it?

I have a collegue whose kid studies in DBS, P.2 same level as mine.
I talked to her frequently and sharing the status of the kids.
You're right that DBS teaches at least 1 level higher, especially Eng. and Maths. But TSL teaches at the same level as normal gov't school, maybe slightly higher for Eng.
However, my collegue have a lot of stress on teaching his son to keep up the pace with DBS.
Sometimes, I'm concern of TSL level is not high enough. But now when we are preparing for the tests, at least we are not so stressful. But you know it's still "vomit blood"  Then I think that it's better to be at the level rather than higher level, unless your kid is very very smart.

係呀!  我都覺得除非個小朋友真係好smart, 又或者係一個資優嘅兒童, 如果唔係, 佢可能會覺得好辛苦, 我地家長可能亦會有好大壓力.  小孩子應該要喺一個健康快樂嘅環境下成長, 我希望我個小朋友係喜歡上學, 喜歡學習, 喜歡交朋友, 好主動問老師問題, 有自信, 同老師談天說地, 開開心心, 呢個係我希望佢喺呢間學校可以做到嘅 (因為我個女自細係好怕羞, 好細膽).  佢而家已經做得到啦~ 須然我前幾年都覺得好辛苦(可能我個女唔醒目同唔叻), 但係而家我個女改變咗好多 (無論學業同性格), 我今年已經舒服咗好多啦, 我知道佢會繼續進步.  呢樣係我希望睇到嘅.  同埋我知道我比咗一個快樂嘅童年比佢, 呢樣係我覺得我做得最啱嘅一件事.  不過每個家長嘅expectation都唔同, 我嘅就係呢啲.  希望唔好介意我所講嘅~ 因為大家都希望自己個小朋友好.  除咗學業之外, 我希望佢心靈上都係健健康康.

me and my wife do agree with the vision and philosophy of Camoes school.
and as you said, a happy childhood and school life are something that we hope really like to offer to our children!!! :loveliness:

我梗係知道兩個family一齊gathering啦!  如果可以嘅話, 我地邀請埋our e-Principal.  可以大談啲子女喺TSL學習嘅情況 (不過都係可能得個講字, 啲小朋友咁忙).  如果我地個family會去你地嗰邊玩嘅話, 一定會話你知.  到時我會帶埋呀女本French book等你太太教吓我個女 (哈! 講笑咋).
