大家點睇?校長之前可曾露過口風?

我有睇到，果間「基順」係唔係新校黎既呢?未聽過既，簡燕玲係一個好勤力既校長，佢真係盡心盡力，唔知係唔係牽涉到權力鬥爭? 唔知以後學校既方針會唔會有變呢?

簡校長既勤力又肯聽取各方意見，真係好難得。而家學校剛上軌道，真係好唔捨得      。

今日下午同一位與校長直接聯絡過既家長了解情況後,得到既信息係正面而令人鼓舞的!通告都提及過---簡校長帶領基全老師協助開辦英華小學,新校校務已漸上軌道。英華小學校董會(包括英華書院)對英華小學期望殷切，希望趁此區會小學校長調動之良機,另覓賢能帶領英華小學繼續茁壯成長!英華小學乃區會首所一條龍學校,而英華書院亦為區會引以為傲的一所名校,我認為絕不會因"權力鬥爭"而斷送"英明(名)"!

變革少不免會掀動人心---我同HoHomama一樣好欣賞簡校長既處事作風！但塞翁失馬焉知非福?讓我們期待新校長為學校創造另一番更新更好的景象吧!

這兩天大家的心情都因為這個突然的通告被掀動著,我也是一樣,剛剛學校(校長)才與家長之間取得共識,現在.........., 我並不希望去揣測她離開的原因,但我希望校董會給我們解釋,讓我們在學的家長清楚學校的安排,無原無故撤換校長,外界一定會信心動搖,怎樣能令在學和將入學的家長安心,我認為校方一定要給我們清楚的解釋 :-x 大家有什麼高見?

I just don't understand why they need to transfer Ms Kan to Kei Shun instead of recruit a new principal in Kei Shun directly. In this way, in stead of affecting both Ying Wa and Kei Shun, only Kei Shun is affected which is unavoidable as their existing principal has to retire.

Since I don't know Ms. Kan very well, I've no comment on this. But I worry the change on the school. We will never know the actual reason unless you are the insider of the Board. I think it is no use to find out the "Actual" reason. Parents should ask the Board how can they maintain the good standard and culture of the school. Any good practise should be mainitained no matter who is the principal.

雖然我個人相信區會及校董會今次既決定係出於一片善意---希望學校在新校長更英明既領導下"勇創新世界",但我同時亦十分理解你地既疑慮!所以我都贊成校方(校長+校董會代表)召開家長會親自交代事件以釋疑團!

我都贊成Mayc既講法，其實可以招聘校長係「基順」，點解要郁動兩間學校，我係張通告既字裏行間，都睇唔通個中原因，我亦贊成JP話齋要校董會解釋下成件事，等大家安心，因為有變動一定對家長構成壓力，亦將會有太多疑團及謠言，如果學校有交代既，起碼平息左外界既多方揣測。

I heard so many parents applied "new 小拔" for their sons.  
I wonder "new 小拔" is more attractive than Ying Wa?

啱，人各有志，如果家長覺得自己既小朋友可以應付到「小拔」課程及教學模式，那也不是甚麼大不了之事情。

They may like the "Reputation". They may move to the district. They may don't adapt the environment of Ying Wa. They may have a little daugther since I heard there may have girls student in 小拔. I think you should ask those parents who take this option. Actually, I am interest too.

Hohohosiu, you said that there are many parents in your first message. But you said that there are some parents in your second message. So how many of them? I wanna to know also.
