Reporting.....
1B Group 5 reporting
1)  My day book 要每日做, 逄星期五交 ;
2) English exercise book appeared only today...sentences probably are created by the kids as my son wrote stars, shuttle, sun, moon, etc.
3) HK$27 paid already....JJ said instrument will be distributed next Monday.  But we already lost the instruction sheet....
4)  Been to Library many times....but one funny thing, he has a friend from his group who would borrow books from the libray but then lend it to my son.  My son will return on behalf of him!!!???!!!  He said they can go to the library for recesses not allowed to the playground and lunch time after lunching.  But the books he borrowed are actually too difficult for him, so we just read the pictures!
5)  Visual Art 上星期改在 Thursday,  我不知道這星期是否改, So I still ask him to bring and if not today just keep it in the drawer...that's what he did today!
6) '詩語思心', 已經要背到第4篇. and we're still struggling with the first 3....
7) Mathematics book 這幾天沒有派回家 - same but I think he has done up to P8
8) We will try to participate in Speech festival!

Your boy lost the instruction sheet ?  I can fax it to you, just let me know if you want

2)  Today class 1B students have go to the computer room.

3)  '詩語思心', 背到第6篇了

4) Mathematics book 今天派回家了, same, done up to P8

5)  有一張 English exercise, making the sentences by using 'Would you like ........... '

6)  Visual art scheduled on Thursday

你地真係好好呀!!! 提供咁多information 比我地, 但1c班, 完全無咁多野做ga........唔知係自己個小朋友無講定係真的未做....真的有點confuse......anyway.....我打算採取不太干預政策, 因為有時問他多兩句.....又好似唔信佢咁.....但唔問又忍唔住......真激死!!!

I agreed....the "laissez faire" policy should be good....well, I'm reporting here but didn't really push him.  If I do so it will actually mean pressure on me!

And by now we can tell it's all different paces at different classes.  Even within the same class, the kids tell differently!!!  I mean as long as the teachers are not after me for their homework, I'm fine!  Really fine!

詩語思心 is the most interesting one....my son did put in the word "memorize" (in chinese but I cannot type) in many pages.  But firstly he does not know what these are, apart from the first 3, and secondly he also does not know if he needs to copy the poems at the bottom.  So we just copied 3 so far.

The only thing we're certain, is the Day Book schedule!!!  Ms Karen seems to have read them and put in some comments too...but I have not the time to read back to JJ so he may not even know what's going on.

And yeah, we also had the English worksheet and Writing book yesterday.  He was colouring what he drew on the writing book, and was completing the worksheet (2 sentences not finished).  So homework wise I think he can still manage the volume, it's just all over the place sometimes!

But all these "messes" are actually very cute!  Afterall these little kids have just come from kindergartens, right!!!

這星期開始有一本 "English Sound Book" 是教併音, 還要回家教家長, 之後家長要在簽名証明, 好攪笑
各位家長, 有一本英文書 (Text Type Starter) 在註冊時當日在學校連同學筆順的中文書一齊買的, 在第一天帶返學後, 一直沒有帶回家, 其他班也是沒有再見過? 我個囡囡講 Teacher Eva 有教過, 不過沒有帶回家?

Class 1M's progress is still a myth to me.  Except English Day Book, I have seen no other take-home work.  On a positive side, the kids might have finished the task in class.

For Chinese poems, they seemed to have covered at least 2 pieces up to last Friday.

請問"詩語思心"是不是每篇都要在原文空格內抄一次,我見呀仔今日就抄了"相思"但之前兩篇就冇抄。
另外今日派了"The Sky Is Falling"你知唔知要做什麼及幾時要交呀,是不是好似其他Mammy話要填顏色及寫Ending,呀仔話要填顏色但又話冇時間做。
Matthew重未自己去過library, 他說唔識路去喎, 都係鐘意留喺課室, 比佢激死:cry:

我個女在上星期做了抄了《春曉》，本星期就抄了《靜夜詩》及《相思》，但今天沒有抄。
另外，"The sky is falling"也是今天才第一次看倒，她說要填顏色，但又說不一定要全部完成，因如要在一天完成實在是太多了，所以只填了大部份。
另外，音樂有一本file，有一張練習紙, 有一個家長簽名欄, 是否要每日也要練習
