I know they will need to fill in a form at the end of the school year telling SC which primary school she is decided to go( this is the information I got from last year).

            If you live in 41 net, the probability of being allocatd to La Salle College ( Primary Section)should be higher because you can choose that school for both part A & part B of the lucky draw. For Ying Wa Primary section I believe it's in another school net so chance should be lower comparatively because probably you can only choose it in Part A.

Are you talking about the discretionary place? If theschool have 111 seats in discretionary  places , there will also have 111 seats in central allocation; overall for 2007-2008 school year it should have 223 seats for P1 admission

really?  I just heard that they will get more seat from the central allocation to place the discretionary once it is not enough.  I mean for the "must admit" cases.

I assume "the must admitt" cases in discretionary places stage is not over  30 % of overall seats available for primary 1 admission for the application year. Otherwise, extra seats will be taken from the central allocation stage for allocation to those "must admit" cases in the first stage.

According the information from EMB posted by newspaper. La Salle College( Primary Section) had accepted 103 student in discretionary place;therefore they still have 89 seats for central allocation .Which school you are going to choose now, La Salle/ Ying Wah????

I would like to know how SC's boy's P.1 result also.  My son is now in Nursary.

Yes, I changed my job to partime as I want to devote more time to the kids.  I actually work at home even I was in full time, but my boss would like me to stay back to office again.  I refused, so I got the alternative to switch to part time.  I think this is the best arrangment for my suitation.

So, you are also working part time?  If your daughter joined P.1 next year, you will need to devote more time to her, how can you concentrate to your career?  This is also my problem.  I gave up my job when my first child was born, then I return to be part time when my second child is two, after a one year part time job, I switched to full time again.  HOwever, the full time job really occupied me and drave me crazy.  I decided to return to part time and basically working at home.
