咁請問你係咪上午班PG呀?因為有人話上午班唔同下午班架! 仲有你聽唔聽到nursery佢地既聲音，我有d擔心隔聲問題!

I have called HMT VC and they said the max class size for playgroup is 16, though lead by 2 teachers (so ratio is 1:8). Having16 small kids together is a bit too much and chaotic. Having heard all these comments, I won't consider to send my son there (I consider it only because I'd consider to go to their nursery & kindy).

My son have joined my musikbox ($1480 for 8 lessions) for a month and I agree that the girl (an ABC) is passionate enough and the class is of good structured, though in English only. It's better than Tod and Toddlers (lead by a foreign lady) in my impression. I'd go on with it until my son is 1yr.

After that, like other moms, I'd consider Tutor Time, Anfield and Kingston. But have no idea which of them is better, just give it a try. According to other BK moms, TT and Kingstion will conduct the class in Eng + Mandarin while Anfield 70% in Eng. Kingston - weekdays only, 2.5 hours each, paid quarterly, $4,700/month 3 sessions/wk, $6,300 4 sessions/wk and $7,500 5 sessions/wk. Tutor Time -Sat. available (so mommy can join), 2.5 Hours each, paid monthly, $2,780 for 3 sessions/wk, $3,710 4 sessions/wk and $4,250 5 sessions/wk.

Would like to hear other mommies comment !

In HMT Victoria, PG child will have to go to the other class room for sanck time and wash hands, so far, they can manage the time well that no crash happens.  

I share the same feeling as "mom" that I may pick from TT WOW, Anfield or Kingston. But TT would be priporitized coz Kingston only have 3 days/5 days week, which I would prefer 2 days week for playgroup; whilst Anfield is quite old and dark, even though they said they have renovated in summer time (I visitied them in early Setp, and I was told they have just renovated ?!).

And I would like my girl to be exposed to more English which Victoria can't provide (at this moment), and that Tots and todllers is 100% English, but too much time for free play.

Yes, we may have to take the chance, but so far comments on teachers from TT, Kingston, and Anfield are quite positive.

be honest, i did not hear other class noise. as u can imagine 10 children and their caregiver and the teacher........ u can only listen their voice

Another issue I have with regards to HMT Victoria PG is hygiene. The kids are supposed to bring and wear a pair of seperate indoor shoes. But MOST don't. They come into the classroom wearing the same pair they wore walking on the streets. In other PGs, the kids are required to remove their shoes before entering the classroom. Caretakers have to wear clean socks. It's OK if they are older kids, but  these kids crawl and put fingers into their mouths alot...

我個 bb 曾經join 過 union church 既 playgroup, 大部份都係外籍人士 (even chinese 都多數 speak in english), 比較平, 地方大, 多toys, but 無 school 咁 "hygiene", coz 多外籍人士所以比較 free d, 有彈性d

If I let my kid study in Kingston, is it better for her to to continue with the path in international school?  I am not sure whether she can adapt to conventional school which is more demanding.  And how about TT, does they prepare kids for international or conventional stream?  Any comments on HK Pre-School in Kowloon Tong? Any advice?

I'm new joiner in BK and would like to know more about PG in Victoria. My gal is now 1.5 yrs and just
enrolled in Victoria PG because I think it would give
me higher chance to enter Victoria pre-nursery class. After reading all the comments, it seems that
Victoria PG is not a good choice either. Is there other good playgroup/pre-nursery class in Homantin/Kowloon Tong area ? How about Anfield ?
