咁講，上午校難入啲？係咪上午校叻啲呢？
考到全級頭幾十，係上�下午校一齊計，或是單獨計呢？

唔知軒尼詩幾時會轉全日制呢？

Hehe.... I just shop around and ask more.  Until now, St. Jo is still the first in my mind.  

But just so happen know from Sindy here that nowadays it's quite easy to get into Hennessy Road Primary and this is quite a news to me.  

You know in our school time, Hennessy Road Primary and Queen's are both very renowned schools and Queen's seems to be the best choice for HK Island boys.

If the competition during primary school time is keen in both schools, which one will you select ?

其實我好想知係灣仔本區適齡兒童究竟有幾多？男女比例又如何？好想gather 多D呢方面的資料，因為唔想打無把握的仗。但我就唔知應從何得知。統計署只講左全部適齡兒童及男女比例，但分區就無。 :cry:

男既心頭好都係華仁,st joe, 女既都係瑪利曼........所以軒官排第二都入到唔出奇丫,但唔係代表呢d學校唔好喎...好學校又唔只得呢三間心頭好......同埋成日問上下午邊晝好...(唔係淨指呢間)上下午都有比較差既學生,比你去到最好既,做最差果d,一定好唔過人地學校最好果個,所以有兩間學校差唔多既,都無乜好諗啦......要諗既係點樣可以培養到個小朋友既啫...

Last year  my daughter's classmate got into Marymount in the 2nd round. She lives in Tseung Kwan O. All her friends living in net 12 got into Marymount too! I know know if it will be the same this year.

I think I need to update myself about primary schools.  Personally I also dislike Hennessy simply because of its building, looks very old and dusty.  Though St. Joe's building is also old (can't compare to KLN side 'brand' schools like La Salle, DBS, etc. at all), it looks a bit cleaner than that of Hennessy's.      

BTW, you're very informative.  I think you're really a good mom.

Really? I like marymount too, 係未net 12 ge 女仔, 好多one dragon 上 st paul convent, true light &  聖心, I'm thinking about to move to net 12 ar......博得過wor.....

覺得hk island 呢边出生率低過 kln side & NT, right?

I know quite a number of kids take MTR to North Point and take the school bus.

For girls, net 12 is attractive. Also less children.Do seriously consider moving .So far all my friend's children got into
marymount if place 1st choice in 2nd round. All failed 1st round as no marks.

應該幾年前抽MPS易過今年，因為千禧效應，今年適齡兒童比往年多了幾千。

I'm living in TKO坑口. My son will study at Wah Yan, Wanchai P1 this year(1st round bingo).  I have checked with school bus, it needs 1.5 hours to go to Wanchai.  I have decided to let my Philippine maid take him to North Point via MTR and take the school bus at North Point.  I think this method will be within 50 min to school.  My friend advise me don't move the house 1st year, let my son get use to new school environment first and then move house later on.
