As your recommed, Ren, Cais and Ics are both good int'l school, do you also know the school fees of them?  do I reply right now, even my son will get in 2 years later? thanks.

I always have the same question linger in my head "What on earth they doing in Yew Chung?" it takes such a high cost, unbelievable. HK Govt should cease its license (of course it is joking lah)

So, ESF may fit you $4xxxx per year, but difficult to get in particular you fight for P1. Providing your kids have fluent English.

Ren or CAIS takes around $7xxxx per year and ICS is little cheaper, I think $5~6xxxx per year.

Not correct, ESF primary is $47xxx, but secondary school is $78xxx.  Renaissance is $86000 from Year 7 onwards.  Secondary school fees of CAIS and ICS are also at such range, not $50-60K a year. No IS is cheap.  

I believe you are asking for secondary.

yes, that is my concept price of IS school, and I think Ren, CAIS and ICS are acceptable.  do you think I need apply right now?

Difficult to answer because you prefer your kids finishing traditional primary then switch to Int. To be honest, it is technically difficult to get in as the child grows older and the Cantonese dominate.

What I am afraid is that you cannot manage the things happened as you wish, if P1 don't have place for you but later at P3 they offered you a place, would you still consider at age 15?

If I were you, I would apply now.

I meant Secondary one don't have place or you failed the interview but later at Secondary three give you a place, would you still consider ?

I have never thought that I have to face such a situation, I have to consider this carefully.

看完以上的message,我相信暫時最容易入的是Renaissance College，佢哋而家都招緊生啦，好似直至12月底，你可以去佢哋嘅website看看。

你的仔仔P.5，下學期要呈分啦，而中學校網屬九龍城，都好好啊，我唔知你所說的成績一般是幾多，但只想告訴你P.6 to F.1 想考入以上幾間的International School，唔係咁易，唔係話你肯交學費就O.K.的，成績一定要有番咁上下，英文唔使講，數學都係全英文的。叫仔仔比D心機考好呈分試，到下年這個時侯再決定都未遲。我的女兒都考緊P.6呈分試，我唔係好擔心，我都考慮緊以上的International School，尤其AIS. & Renaissance College，因為6年填鴨式已經夠，打好咗基礎的話，再讓他們放眼世界(到I.S.讀3,2年作適應)，留作出國之用。

多謝妳的分享. 我沒妳那么倖運, 不用為個女擔心.  我個仔好似怎樣都不開竅, 整日掛住玩, 完全不上心.  我簡直擔心得好緊要啊!  看來就是第日申請國際學校也有一定的難度.  未來如何, 唯有看他自已的造化啦!

你好,我想我和你有相同問題, 我個仔讀緊小六, 好active, 成績為band 1 尾, 因為驚派到中文中學, 所以我替他申請了啟新renaissance, 還打算替他報一兩間直資中學, 真係心都煩!! 我都驚由local school 轉 IS 唔係o甘易, 唔知各位有什么意見, 請指教!!

As I know, the school fee of Yew Chung Secondary school has a chance to lower down to $7xxxx per year after her new school building being operated in 2006.
