How about the kid's English level? Guess if he/she is transferring to Year 3 (local P.2), the peers may be quite advanced in reading. Once he/she enters IS, learning Chinese may become a lower priority in the kid's life...

My kid is good in English n not good in Chinese in local system , so looking for a easier Chinese teaching school .

English and Chinese in Mandarin, in Traditional writing.

They have school bus but you have to check bus route & fee. They're located in Tin Hau, Hong Kong side. According to website, accepting applications NOW, and first round until Oct 31.

May be you should separate your requirements.

(1) Find an international school that fits your budget, never mind how they teach Chinese, if at all.

(2) Use after school tuition classes for Chinese. 繁體 and 粵教中 should not be a problem.

If you want to find a school that satisfies all your requirements, it will be very difficult indeed.

I think “PTH not very good” shouldn’t be an big issue here. Because usually IS provides different levels of Chinese class. As in ESF their Chinese have 4 levels. Those who cannot speak Mandarin confidently will be put in Level 1 or 2.
