I have heard UK is more expensive in living costs. Food costs are high.
In Australia, you can live cheaper if you share with more people but it depends. I had friends back in 2003 who paid when they stayed with friends, about 300 per week. so now it is 12 years later, 400 a week is not a lot more expensive you know. Sydney is very expensive full stop! If you spend money in Chinatown, even more and more expensive! I think it is a lot cheaper if you study in Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide. A lot more HKers going to Brisbane and Adelaide nowadays. Not as many to Perth because it is an extra 3 hour flight from HK, so the flight is normally 8-9 hours and it will then become 12 hours :)

The best ranked university is University of Adelaide. It is a part of Group of Eight: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Group_of_Eight_(Australian_universities). After that it is Flinders University.

I don't know a lot about Adelaide aside that it is a quieter part of Australia, known as "City of Churches" as there are many and the cost of living and studying is lower, as well as lower IELTS needed e.g. Bachelor of Commerce at University of Sydney is AUD 38000 per year and need IELTS 7  and in University of Adelaide it is AUD 33500 and IELTs 6 respectively.

Overall probably less Asian students in Adelaide as universities in Sydney is overall more internationally well known.

你好~請問澳洲 7,8月, 香港暑假時會不會有一些學校會有SUMMER CAMP/SCHOOL?
因現在暫時找到的都是LEARNING CENTER, 似乎甚少小學會在假期搞呢D班?

想找呢D班, 因為未知囡囡會不會適應到, 雖然有考慮將來比佢去澳洲讀書, 但現在佢仲細, 所以諗緊暑假時帶佢過去玩順便上1,2星期的課~ 謝謝~

澳洲中小學六月中至七月中只會有兩個星期term break，正確日子每個省份不同。
澳洲暑假是在十二月至一月。香港放暑假時正是澳洲冬季，不會有summer camp。

去年香港暑假我帶了十一歲兒子上大學資優課程，只是俾經大學審核過的資優澳洲公民或永久居民中小學生上。兒子上得非常開心。

如果咁比，英國讀大學一d都唔算貴喎!

個女去年9月中英國東北部最大城市升大學，學費12300鎊/年，大學附近私人管理大廈式宿舍單人套房5680鎊/年，10月開學時放低7000鎊作日常開支(包括食物/衣服/購物/娛樂/short trip等等)，到昨天銀行還有4200餘鎊結餘，9月中月至今去過4次trip，3次英國(包括scotland)本土及一次丹麥。當佢用盡7000鎊計，全學年使費大約為12300+5680+7000=24980鎊，11.5算折合港紙28萬幾，計埋保險及濕碎野都係30萬港銀內。

以我理解，澳洲本地醫院都未必能為所有的本地醫科生提供實習位，所以海外醫科生能得到實習位的機會幾乎是零。你最好到香港醫管局問問可否為海外醫科畢業生提供實習位，以免浪費四五年的時間讀完醫科，卻永遠不能註冊成為醫生！

早年在澳洲留學，學費平，又可以攪移民，吸引不少海外學生。現時這兩項優勢已不再，美英加可能是更好選擇。

容唔容易當然都係取決於成績同想報ge U不過兩邊都係4年制大學 所以時間上一樣

7, 8 月澳洲唔係放緊假所以無summer camp/school架..但係我記得以前搵過好似有d學校會offer d特別programme等小朋友可以同當地人一齊上堂
不過會唔會有限制我就唔清楚啦

You can try searching for short term study abroad programs in australia

how old is your son though? because most programs are offered by universities, i wasn't able to find classes for smaller kids so i sent my kids to UK back then...

I see...sorry I'm not familiar with tours for primary students as I sent my kids to tours in secondary school...Just look for short term programs and see if they offer any for students this young
