Dear Entry Clearance Officer,

                                                                  LETTR OF CONSENT

We,parents of MAK XXX-XXX confirm and give consent to her application for studying in the United Kingdom.  We have custody over our child.

We hereby give our consent for our child to live and travel independently and agree to the arrangements made for her travel and reception in the United Kingdom.  We also agree to the living arrangements for our child in the United Kingdom.

We also give our consent to our daughter to use the funds in our account during herstudies in the United Kingdom.

Thank you for your attention and assistance.

請問剛帶小朋友辦完證的家長需唔需要提供自己的相片一張？
我見今年的指引有咁的要求，感覺有D騎呢?!

舊年申請簽證時冇咁既要求喎！點解要家長相片呢？

我一睇都覺得無厘頭，如果Umi 你剛去完唔洗就好，D指引有時真係睇到眼都突。
有時又好無奈怕帶少左野去。

我上星期一先辦理完，只需阿仔一張白底証件相，父母不用比相，父母要比齊二人之身份証副本。
