Talk to a couples of IVE friends, they said originally the related teachers used 80% English and 20% Cantonese. As the teachers English presentation standard are varied and students English standard are poor, so using more and more Cantonese in classes to biased local students.
Recruited non-Cantonese or non-Chinese speaking students from different programs may be too aggressive.
