小學生番學要過海, 點睇?

你住北角嗎？我都係，大家東區之友喎！
有時校車都要"dull"一大段路的，以前亞仔幼稚園時返天后，我住北角都成45分鐘先返到！之後老公駛車經杏花村，個仔說邊個同學住呢度，先知校車出車上東廊，去到杏花村再折返，沿路經埋耀東再落北角，死未！好在上左小學，校車由灣仔到北角唔使半個鐘。只怕過海不是door to door，中途仲要"dull"路便仲耐D。

我有朋友都有負資產，將負資產出租，再租樓搬番出市區，係好辛苦的，又怕租客唔交租，租客退租又要搵過租客...
但父母總為子女好，自己辛苦D都無計。

我好想小朋友入九龍塘某名小學, 其實我都有打算, 如果入到, 我將來都會為佢搬, 但搬屋要時間, 係可見既2-3年, 都要佢過海, 怕佢辛苦 ... BTW, 我住香港仔.

有冇人可以介紹下D過海既媬姆車? THX!

好多家庭主婦同賓印都係帶d小朋友返學，跟手去bank 去 shopping 去八，去圖書館，半日幾個中真係好easy!

全日 ？我見過一個賓帶四個放學返去蔣軍澳窩! 似係一個賓幫埋d同鄉 湊嘮 !一人輪一日掛 ？

以前自已住新界要在香港返工, 人老了很多, 舟車勞碌真是很辛苦.

搬屋後人都覺得年輕了, 2公婆都有同感

睇黎都係 in 左先算, 唔理過唔過海問題住
依家個女返幼稚園, 如果自己接送, 10 分鐘內就可以返到學校 (衰在我唔放心阿菲湊放學), 但坐校車就要 25~30 分鐘! 如果第日須過海返學, 但車程只不過多依家 2, 3 個字的話, 值唔值得搬呢?!

我大部份朋友都係負資產(大家都差不多時間買樓，我都係)，但有好多都已然租左層負資產出去租返第二度方便自己同個仔反工反學，有d仲買多層添。好多負資產都仲有d o家。

We live in Kowloon Tong and my daughter studies in HK side.  In September, she took school bus.  She left home at 6:40a.m. and came back at 4:35.  Starting from October, I make a great deal with a taxi driver and I accompany with her to go to school every morning.  We wake up at 7:00 and leave home at 7:20.  I think it is much better than some of our neighbours who study at the nearby schools if they travel by school bus.  

I heard a case, a child lives in Wong Tai Sin, studies at one of the schools in Kowloon Tong, but he takes school bus at 6:45a.m.  

We had planned for moving home when my little son enter the same school.  However, we changed our mind and will stay in Kowloon for good.  I agreed with my husband that "moving home" is not only a matter of choosing a living place, it is also an investment lasting for more than ten years.  In order to make a right decision, we cannot only consider convenience.  My friend is joking that only the money paying for stamp duties can be enough for spending at school bus fee in ten years.  

I remember I even turned down the most famous girl school in Kowloon Tong and choose this one.  Up to now, I know I made the right decision for although it is in HK side as my daughter is so happy and enjoyed her school life.  I believe school pays an important part in their school life and school life affects their whole life.

書院道有座東華既新樓，旱輪招租。唔錯喎，不過好似要貴小小。另廣播道大把600幾700呎三房樓。萬二應可以。

秀竹園道梗係好啦,不過應該冇細過一千呎既單位,萬二蚊未必得喎.嘉林邊道會多少少唔同面積既單位,可以一試,舊樓真係好實用.話八百呎都好似而家新樓過千呎咁闊落.管理費又冇新樓咁貴.
