I think first of all, you need to think about whether you want your daughter going to famous kindergarten then famous primary school or you just want her to study at ordinary kinder / primary school.

If you choose 2nd one, then you don't need to worry.  It must has some kG still have seats to offer.  However, if you choose 1st one, then you need to work harder la!

- for N1, most of famous kG won't have seats and they have long waiting list already.  Then, you can actually apply ordinary kinder & let your kid to study first (your girl will start studying in Dec 10 when she is 2 years old).  In sept 10, you need to start applying K1 for her.  
But I have to remind you that apply K1 is very easier, but interview with good result is difficult.  So from now on, you should not only concentrate at looking for N1 / K1 for your girl, but also well prepare your girl for interview.  
If K1 application is failed.  and you still want your girl to study famous school, then you can consider to let her study one year later, that mean she will be the BIG BABY for 2011 N1.

可能真係大細B 唔同, 我個細B約在早半個月前有個入學簡介會, 我老公打電話去問, 佢話只係簡介會, 當天不會有interview. 似乎大B安排好d喎, 簡介會完咗就in, 唔使分二日.
我哋冇去簡介會原因, 第一又唔係一定收, 仲要分2天時間(1次簡介, 1次INTERVIEW)好麻煩. 似乎大B安排恰當d~

我以為in細B分2日煩(簡介會都係唔可以帶個B出席), ...而家咁..好似仲煩..住得近就話...
學費又真係好貴, 我仲要加埋搭校車...

WOW...原來好多細B既家長一樣煩惱ing, york既學費真係好貴, 講真真好難afford得起. 不過為左小朋友, 兩公婆只好自己節衣宿食吧. york同德寶我都會去報呀, 不過都係煩既呢...因我住荔枝角, 今本都唔近屋企, 要姐姐同佢返, 但佢地pn只係返個幾鍾, 唔知安排姐姐係街遊好, 定係返屋企先好.
呢d都係我地既難處來呢....

我個仔都係0811呀, 好好彩佢有offer(差不多係報左7間得1間有),不過都係要坐校巴, 講真,我真係唔係好放心佢自己一個人坐校巴, 所以可能會工人同佢一齊坐校巴, 其實N班只有幾個鐘, 阿仔返左學,叫工人去買個送之後就接放學囉, 會放心D,我有次上午9-10點附近經過九龍塘,成個公園都係bunbun&印印打躉,即係好多人都係叫工人帶返學之後遊盪到放學啦.

其實拋d姐姐係街等放學真唔好, 不過又確實係冇辦法.
好似我哥哥佢地咁, 本身住大埔, 姪女返九龍塘幼稚園, 帶佢返學後如先再返大埔放學再返出九龍塘, 每日就會多哂來回車錢而且哂時間, 所以冇辦法下由個印印係九龍, 佢同我哥哥講, 佢只會係又一城睇書, 過左段長長地既時間, 有次姪女返來同麻麻講坐巴士時撞親塊面仔, 我地當然好肉痛呀, 我問佢姐姐有冇錫返你, 佢話冇, 我直頭d火湧上頭, 咁細個人仔, 坐巴士你緊係冇好好抱住佢照顧佢由佢自己一個坐啦, 不然點會撞到面仔, 個印印返到來, 我問佢點解姪女會撞到面仔, 佢個態度好似冇咩所謂咁, 一d緊張都冇, 呢下我都看在眼內.
其實呢個印印做錯過好多野, 我哥都比機會佢, 直至呢次撞親面仔, 都未至於炒佢, 直到呢件事後, 有日,,哥哥同嫂嫂返學校唔知點講開, 先知印印日日遲一遲先湊我姪女, 但返學就返最早, 學校一直冇同我哥佢地講, 其實學校都有疏忽, 因為佢地以為印印係返大埔再返九龍塘所以遲, 我哥知道後火起, 話要佢個女日日咁樣等好過份, 已忍冇可忍, 比機會佢唔識珍惜, 以為我地唔會炒佢, 而且仲要我地本身個個都待呢只野不簿的, 返到屋企哥哥嫂嫂叫佢執好d野去, 佢即時o左,,,,,因估唔到會被我哥佢地炒.
呢d就係唔珍惜既後果了. 來香港今本個心唔係打工, 日日就係想搵金龜咁.

I'm also 0811 mama...... Just feel disappointed for my daugther N1 interview today.  I'm not expected teacher needs 1.5years old baby to answer back the following questions.

1.  Who is your mama and papa?
2.  Can you give the apple to your mama or papa as well as teacher?
3.  What is the color of the block?
4.  Put the circule and square into the box
5.  Matching color
6.  Put the block at the top one by one
7.  See the picture and answer back what is this, like dog, cat.........

My daugther can't do anything.  Just want to go somewhere to play the toys.  Of course failed and the comments is my daughter won't listen and very emotional...............

Maybe i'm not doing well, didn't have training for my daughter.  Anyway, I feel sad and I still thinking how to train up my daugther now...........If I want her to study early
