My girl is now studying P1 at MTCGS(HHB). I got a question about English subject.

Will the upcoming exam will incl Comprehension.... I got a worksheet last Friday and my girls doesn't know how to handle it.....  I'm very very worrying about it.

hello monster mummy,
oh, that was the matter of 4 years ago , i just remembered that there were vocabulary, guide writing, comphension, pronouns (he, she , it....)
and something like that in the p.1 exam,
but it wasn't very difficult, just the basic level.
so don't worry about it, i believe your daughter
can pick it up very soon, really!

hi lamba,
i just called other parents of my son's classmates,
to ask them to check the result of allocation last
few years due to i am a working mum, i didn't contact with other parents or pta very often.
keep you informed.

Honestly, have you send your kid to learn any specific courses.  My monster is joining basic English class organized by British Council 3 years ago. But I think it doesn't work.  Any suggestions!!

Hi! My son is studying 1E class and he also enjoys the school life very much. Did yr kid joint any activities held by school?

my son has joined smart kids held by 路德會 for
2 years (p.1 to p.2), but seems not much help,
so, he now joins other private english group (native
speaker), but just so so, i have been thinking to
quit right now.
have any good recommend by other bk's parents?
plz let us know. many thanks!
i have only let my son to play piano and join english group (1 lesson per week)
i insist don't hire tutor or go to tutor class before p.5., certainly,except the english tutor class.
i mean to train him how to take his own responsbility.but i knew lots of his classmate have
hired private tutor from p.2, it costs much.

by the way, he has joined track team, volley ball, drawing activity class during this few years.

all in all, he enjoys his school life verymuch.

That means your kid now studying P2, dont' you think you can lend me the past exam paper - just for my own reference (promise!!).  I really feel confusing - I bought lots of the exercise book for my monster.... hope it help!

BESIDES,I AM SO SORRY, THERE WERE NO EXAM PAPERS WILL BE GIVEN YOU AFTER EXAM, JUST SENT YOU TO SIGN BACK AND RETURNED TO SCHOOL NEXT DAY.
AS YOU KNOW, I AM A WORKING MOTHER, SO I
USUALLY RECEIVE THE PAPERS AT NIGHT (AFTER
WORKS) AND RETURN TO SCHOOL NEXT MORNING,
NO TIME TO COPY.
ALSO, SCHOOL WILL SEND YOU SYLLABUS FOR
EXAM, SO, PLS YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT
THAT, JUST TAKE IT EASY DURING P.1 AND P.2,

that means "farm gov. primary school/a.m. class
and ma tau chung gov. primary school/p.m. class
(mtc hunghom bay), they both are good schools.

Just want to confirm is there any school bus service from Tai Po to MTC (old), not MTC(HHB).

Is there parents who child studying in MTC (old) and lived in Tai Po ?

One of the old-classmates's mum told me that MTC (OLD) also have 精英班 starting from P4. Therefore, I don't think they will have Active Learning from P1 to P6... not sure...

my suggestion is esf & Yew Chung. they are international school. i guess their teacher are experienced and the method is better than others cause they are famous international primary school. so i think their course are also as good as their day school. according to my personal schedule, i choose yew chung for my girl.
