Why does it look promising? There are almost no details
Actually really dunno, just like ISF back then.
At that time, only kids who wasn't able to get a place in IS would go, but now ISF becomes one of the top Private schools now.
Not going to get into a debate of whether ISF is a top school and will set that aside. Way back when ISF was started, I doubt financial gain is high on the list of reasons. A school started by a tutorial center/university admission counseling center? What other reasons could there be other than for financial gain?
