I have also checked the information of the official website of the Music Festival. You care right. The deadline is 3 Oct. It is very close actually. I wonder why the school hasn't started yet!!!

3Oct should be the start date of submission.  The deadline is 14Oct for "by post" and 20Oct for "in person".

Oct 3 is the only official start of entry submission date. The official deadline is Oct 14. It's only my girl's school set Oct 3 as the deadline for collecting their own student's application form for school to start the submission.

May be Yingwa would set a later deadline. Anyway, if no news in next week, I would call the school.

Thank you again for your clarification. You are right. Next week should be the last week to distribute the application form. I have also checked the school website and there is not any news about it. Maybe the new Music teacher is too busy right now.

Dear All Ying Wah parents

As I am about to submit the P1 application, I want to know the number of students in each class and the number of class in P1.  Can anyone tell me?  Many thanks!

There are 5 classes in each grade.  P.1-P.3 around 32-34 students in each class.  P4-P.6, 3 classes around 36 students, 2 classes around 24-26 students in each class.

老師係"心靈工程師"，內涵/學識/修養/愛心，比外表重要得多！

        

Personally I like this idea. I think the Headmistress has already chosen teachers with 內涵/學識/修養/愛心, and she added one more thing for the students to learn: sense of beauty, professionalism, tidiness and personal style. If the students have to follow a good dress code, then the teachers will be their role models. They do not need to follow the society's trend like dyed hair, rings on body, in order to build their personal value. They just need to follow their teachers to dress properly. Again, it is a personal opinion.

依我過去的觀察，經過兩年來的換血，現在在英華的老師大多是又有愛心又懂得教（生動有趣)小男孩的好老師。可惜亦有少部份的好老師離開了。

其實，小學的老師和中學大學的不一樣，有"內涵/學識"的老師在大學和中學非常重要。小學的課程並不難，難的是如何獵取孩子們的心，吸引到他們的注意力。小朋友的思想單純，但是，那個老師真的愛他們，他們是絕對[size=large]感受得到。校長有句話一直在我腦中…你愛他，才有資格

我都同妳一樣想法, 覺得今次的idea 好好, 我还記得第一次見到这批相時, 第一個反應是讚嘆, 好欣賞學校那麼花心思去為老師造型, 重貼在門口, 俾我更認識了不同老師, 而且更印象深刻了。   
另外, 外界对今次學校的做法議論紛紛, 我就覺得有點那個, 只可用句"树大招風" , 我相信以學校这幾年的收生情況, 根本不需利用这

見到門口貼左D老師既海布....雖然我唔係英華既家長...對我來講...我覺得好有創意呀...唔似以前D學校咁士板板來介紹老師.

今天學校派了一份通告(26)- 學校代索取音樂節報名表事宜.
有沒有家長清楚,  如經學校索取報名表格, 是否一定要報名參加比賽呢?

I guess parents would have the right to choose. Even when you have applied, you can still choose to show up or not. (Though we would try not to do so)
I think that this is only the duty of the school to help students to apply and the school never pushes the students to get prizes. Just feel free to get one application form.

My son requests the application lst year, but did not apply finally. (Not study in Ying Wah)

You can apply thru the school or your own music tutor if he/she is a member.
