Yes, they have written down in their handbook. I think either the temp falls or not, it sure can change winter uniform on Fri.

My girl wrote "週五起可換冬季校服" on the handbook, seems no condition is set for changing the winter uniform.

My daughter's handbook says that winter uniform is allowed from Friday onwards.

However, it is upto the parents since you may want to let your girl start wearing the winter uniform tomorrow.

All her classmates know that today is her birthday.  At GS lesson, the teacher asked "who is excited?"  My daughter raised up her hand and said "I'm excited because today is my birthday."

BTW, I just know that they need to speak in English at GS lesson.
